Great little place!

Lovely apartment

We stayed in Flat 4, a spacious, nicely modernised apartment. A few minutes away is a Co Op shop, and a cafe is not far.

Lovely little place, we’ll be back if we travel this way again

Great location, lots of space, light n airy, quiet - off the main road, grassed area for the dog. Host easily contactable n friendly. Appreciated the advice on where to go and where to eat around the area. Great recommendations 😊

No biggie. We’d def stay again. The only thing I can think of is if I may suggest putting a higher seal or something around the shower tray at the door end as had to be quite careful the water didn’t run out onto bathroom floor (esp with kids!) 😬. Obv we were careful, but it meant the one bath mat got wet quite quickly when mopping up the escaped water 🚿. Just more worried for the host n downstairs for the guests that don’t notice this!

Confortable and near the seafront

The place was clean, well decorated and equiped. It was a 15min walk to the seafront. The host was helpful and answered our queries quickly. We were provided a travel cot for our little one (although he ended up in the bed) and there was a toddler book available. There were Godiva chocolates on the table which was a nice touch (however they were out of date by a few weeks so didn't risk it!).

Not very easy to find - GPS wouldn't recognise Little Place but we called the host and got there within 5min. The shower doesn't have a door which made it a little tricky not to wet the floor (with a toddler at least). The bedframe and sidetable could be upgraded but otherwise confortable.

The apartment was clean and had everything you need for a self catering break. We cooked at the apartment a few times and found everything we needed to do so. Dan was very helpful. The apartment was a 10- 15 minutes walk away from the sea front, harbour and town. Within 1 minute from the apartment (out of the drive and right) were a selection of takeaways, a spar shop, a cafe and a laundrette. The apartment had a small communal garden with a steep grassed area which was ideal for us as we took our dog. There was also a small ironing board, iron, clothes horse and hairdryer in the bedroom wardrobe, which I thought was helpful. The apartment was in a very quiet area.

There was nothing I didnt like. Non of our devices could find the wifi, so we couldn't use it, but wasnt an issue for us. The freeview signal on the tv is a bit his and miss, also not an issue for us.

Had a great stay, Dan was on hand with any issues or queries we had, the property was lovely and perfect for a weekend get away in a lovely location. Will definitely be hoping to stay here again next time I visit Torquay.

A great location and lovely apartment, ideal for what we needed

putting curtains in bedroom would be great as cars headlights and sun comes in during the night and morning. Overs though excellent and would stay again. Thanks Dan

Overall the property was spacious, very clean and walking distance to the front and town. owner Dan was always available to answer any questions.

We loved everything about this Little Place good value for money.

We enjoyed the quiteness, views of the place and how very clean . The big bed was really comfortable but the pull out was not as comfortable. Really cannot say anything more then it was a lovely place to stay on our short stay. Would highly recommend this Little Place for anyone to stay.

The only thing I would change is a dressing table in the bedroom and small bin. Plus a small bin in the lounge. In the bathroom the sink could have been a little bit bigger.
