Lovely bijou mini apartment

Excellent location. Great facilities especially the kitchen with hob and oven.

My husband would have wanted a bath. That’s our only minor quibble.

Clean and comfortable studio flat.

This is a very comfortable studio above a garage, with private entrance from the street. It is immaculately clean, bright and cheerful. It has everything you need for self-catering. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is small but adequate, and is clean. The kitchen is a good size for a studio apartment. Communication is good, and check-in and check-out are easy.

The blurb states 'parking' which I wrongly took to mean that a dedicated space is available. In fact it is on-street, although you can't park in the road itself without blocking the pavement or access to garages. Beware of looking for parking in some of the small dead-end roads as there is limited space to turn round at the end. Once you find your way around there are actually spaces to be had, but it's worth doing a bit of research on Googlemap in advance.

Great stay

J was very kind in communication with me and gestures for my stay. I was left the nice local touch with the Torquay rock. The accommodation was immaculately clean and very comfortable. It’s a very quiet area. Great views from the property too. Very good location for exploring Devon. I had a great few days here and would fully recommend.

Beautiful Annexe in wonderful st Mary church babbacombe. Everything you need was there and more.loved the coffee machine and pods. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved it so close to the downs and Everything on the door step. Great little find. Definitely stay again. Just wonderful and amazing value for money 😊

Great stay

I had a fantastic stay at Torbay Annexe. Very kind communication before and during my stay. Check in was flexible and easy. The annexe was tastefully decorated and cleaned to a high standard. Lovely touches like the mini Easter eggs on arrival and Bluetooth speaker to use throughout my stay. The views from the annexe are beautiful and the location is perfect for exploring Torbay in a quiet and peaceful area. I look forward to returning again already.

If I ever go back to Torquey Ill defiantly stay here again !!

I spent 3 weeks in Torquay for work , and moved around a bit during that time, this was by far my favorite place The place is Cozy , warm , in a really nice and quiet neighborhood, Jasek was great , communication was fantastic ( any question I had he would answer very quickly ) , friendly helpful , I could not recommend this place enough , the only down side is parking but to be honest that seems to be a problem in all of Devon , so it is what it is . if I ever go back to the area I will defiantly try to book this place again !!

Wonderful apartment

Small but very well fitted out. We had a small issue with the cooker, called Jasek, who immediately came over to sort it. Wonderful host. We will be going back.

A really enjoyable holiday.

Jasek is a fantastic host, friendly and helpful. The annexe is amazing, everything we needed was available. We enjoyed our walks to Babbacombe beach. We will definitely be booking again.
