Liked everything enough but the bed/pillows will keep me from repeating a stay.

New, clean, excellently located, a very nice breakfast spread and a nice little kitchenette set up

Shower door wouldn’t stay closed, low water pressure and the bed and pillows were not comfortable so sleep was not restful

Among the four places we stayed at that week Element crushed them all.

The hotel is very well cared for and very modern. Check-in was a snap. I had the impression the staff takes ownership in their work. Thank you all. I was in the lobby long before breakfast time bringing luggage to my car and noticed there might be coffee available and asked about it. Instead of a no because of the time, I was presented with a coffee mug and shown all the available items for coffee. They are just outstanding!! And a delicious cup of coffee while heading back to my room. The breakfast...weelll... it was one of the finest offerings we had experienced in our travels. We were there for a Saturday morning meal, yes, meal! The selection is wide and varied. Freshly prepared scrambled eggs(salsa, ketchup, hot sauces), sausage patties, links, bacon, bacon bits, Biscuits And Gravy!!, sliced bread for toasting w/ butter, bagels with regular and flavored cream cheese, . As well as, yogurt w/ sliced nuts and fruit toppings and honey. Banana nut bread among other baked breads. Whole fruits. Fresh brewed Coffee and Decaf w/ multiple flavored creamers and syrups, milk, skim-milk, almond milk, oat milk for cereal as well. You could use a coffee mug to sip from or fill your own to-go cup. I'm sure I left things out because I couldn't eat everything. But besides all that, a special mention to the Chef Cara(sp?) for her fine cooking and Kim for keeping everything stocked and organized on the floor. These ladies work hard and deserve recognition and appreciation from the guests. And to the management or whomever that made this happen, we are amazed at how you're able to pull this off! I hope others have this experience as well.

Absolutely one of the best places to stay!!!!

Everything! They have a breakfast menu which changes daily! They have an expresso and coffee bar with all different kinds of creamer and coffee add in's! The place is absolutely beautiful, very clean and definitely highly recommend!

Only thing wasn’t a fan of is the sensors on the bathroom sinks are annoying have wave ur toothbrush over and over get water on . Just use the kitchen sink .

Breakfast was great! Tara went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. I will be staying here whenever I come to town.

I wish there was a designated smoking section outside so, people wouldn't be so close to the building but other than that I honestly have no complaints.

Above and beyond expectations.

We booked here because it was a little bit cheaper than Holiday Inn Express, having no idea how nice it would be! It was clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing, especially Tara the chef. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had something for breakfast that she loved. Then I had a great conversation with Porter the manager. Every member of the staff was down to earth and made our stay just amazing. We will be visiting again!

Was too pricy for what you got. Room was very minimal. No chair to sit in except a desk chair. Not good for 2 people.
