I loved the friendliness of all the staff and guests that were there!! I got there early so I couldn't check in till 3, so I was able to go supirise the parents and make it back, the staff was super nice and helpful, had me all ready to go, explained the rules beautifully and was super nice!! I even told her about my NIGHTMARE experience with a hotel reservation the day before in Memphis. She actually checked back with me to make sure I was happy and taken care of with my room. That really meant alot. I will definitely book there again!! Loved the room it was spacious and comfortable, and who doesn't love a mini kitchen!!! I understand why there are actual tenants living there. Definitely enjoyed the stay.
There was so maintenence going on, but thats to be expected when you have actual Tennants living at the hotel, but not that much of a problem at all.

Ok let's start with we booked 2 rooms. One smelled like dead fish, floors were disgusting. Yes there was kitchenette but nothing to cook with. You don't tell anyone hey bring pots to cook in.
2nd room, had horrible time trying to figure out the thermostat. Room was hot, beds were not comfortable. Whole top floor smelled like pot.
You sign a waver saying you won't smoke and there is smoking everywhere.
Would I recommend nope sure wouldn't.

It was cheaper on line through booking.com however I was misled to believe We could check in at 2 am and that's not true. The soonest they could check us in was 9 am so we slept in our car.

Having to take our towels down and paying $2 every day for them. I was in a handicap room which was a joke. Because you put some bars up doesn’t make it a handicap room. Parts of the tub were very slippery. My room was half way down the hall. When you have bad legs your room should have been close to the elevator.

They dont have breakfast. A grab and go would be nice.
The rooms need a revamp

The location was in a really great spot. You have Harps for all your groceries, Slim Chicken which does good chicken sandwiches, and Jam Mart which is a 24/7 gas station. All 3 places were a couple of minutes of walking.
Further outside the hotel you've got an amazing selection of restaurants and shops to explore.
The room itself had the basics you’d need to get by. The bed was soft and reasonably comfortable, though it had several small lumps that made it less pleasant to sleep on. There was a basic TV with cable, a large fridge with a freezer, and an electric stove. No pots or pans were provided. We did receive plenty of towels and toilet paper, and you can pay a one-time fee of $15 to have unlimited towels and toiletries during your stay. We weren’t provided with any shampoo, conditioner, or soap — only a small bottle of dish soap in the kitchen area. Also note: nothing is available to cook or eat with, including glasses, cups, or cutlery.
The young lady with braids and blonde hair at the reception who we first met, did an incredible job of booking us in and showing us what they offered.
Upon entering our room (406, 4th floor), we discovered a roach crawling from the bathroom floor into a crack beneath the sink cabinet — less than twenty minutes after checking in. When we went downstairs to reception, the woman working there told us we couldn’t switch rooms due to unavailability, so we requested a refund. This was refused because we had signed a waiver. Keep in mind that when you book this location, you’ll be required to sign several forms that essentially state you cannot receive a refund under any circumstance.
Carpet was ripped and curled up, and the wooden flooring in the kitchen area was unstable and cracked.
If you tried to run a bath, the showerhead would often switch on and start spraying water unexpectedly, which created a hazard when trying to top up a cold bath — scalding hot water would suddenly spray out.
This is where things became more concerning. The hotel appears to house several long-term residents, many of whom seemed to be using drugs. The smell of marijuana filled the corridors and even the elevator, and the entire hotel had a strong, unpleasant odor. We constantly burned scented candles in our room to try to mask it.
We frequently saw people who seemed disoriented or potentially dangerous. Loud shouting throughout the night was common, doors would slam repeatedly, and we even noticed bloodstains on the floor. The fire alarm was pulled as a prank during our stay, and our in-room smoke alarm went off randomly for several days, despite no cooking or smoke.
A cleaner knocked on our door twice, asked if anyone was there, and then said he would enter to clean — even though we had a “Do Not Disturb” tag on the door.
On the seventh day, we spotted another cockroach on the bedside cabinet. That was the final straw. We packed up and left a day early.
Another thing to note is that the regional airport is very close. We often heard jets taking off throughout the day, and they were incredibly loud.

Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Ample lighting in the parking lot.
First floor always smelled really bad. Floors and elevator floors were not cleaned the time I was there even had blood spots in front of one room. Several cars parked that seems to belong to long term renters and just made the outside look a little sketchy. Carpet was very worn and even missing in spots in my room. Seen several small roaches. Very noisy all night long with doors slamming. Bed was comfortable and I completely stripped it checking for bugs before I got in it.

Honestly nothing and I am sorry to say that because I didn’t want retaliation while staying there because I definitely got it by saying something to the staff.
The staff steals from your room. I found meth under my bed and the staff destroyed our belongings. They don’t clean your room, they go thru your stuff and don’t honor the credits you earn during booking your stays. They will overcharge you and there is drug dealing and prostitution really bad there. I guess like most hotels today.

Budget friendly… decent bed… close to ‘Dunkin’. That’s about it for the good. 😕
I stayed there 11 October. The floor of the elevator probably has not been mopped in days. Going into the room 421 - I first noticed the smell - subtle but present. It smelled like someone had peed on the carpet - and the housekeepers did not do a good job in cleaning. 🤯 SHAMPOO CLEAN the carpets! 😖 The bed was haphazardly made up - ATTENTION to DETAIL! The alarm clock was more than an hour wrong. I didn’t see how to change the time, so I unplugged it. 😕 The bathtub was BADLY stained around the drain hole - BLEACH it or replace it! The shower and the tub faucet leaked. 🙁 So if budget is important - good choice. But, I will never stay there again. ☹️

This location doesn’t serve breakfast. I like that we had a little kitchenette but was not informed there would be no dishes.
A clean bathroom with towels. Everytime I stay here there’s no towels in the room and the tub is so nasty. And our room was 77. I’m pregnant. We asked if we could even move to a different room and the front desk said there was no more rooms. Next time I’ll make sure it’s cool.

That is was pet friendly.
The ice maker didn’t work. There was no silverware except a butter knive. I’m disabled and the elevator was not working properly so I ended up one time having to climb 3 flights of stairs.

No Breakfast. Pool was closed in July! I mean it is an outside pool in the summer. It's listed as an amenity, just remove it from the list and then If it is open it's a bonus. $ charged 10.00 more quoted than on web summary.

The Coffee! It was terrible, and nasty which sucks since you don't serve breakfast you could at least have decent coffee.

No breakfast offered. My special needs request was not met. I requested a room close to the lobby/or elevator through booking. My room was all the way at the end of the hallway. The tub shower drained so slow I was standing in above the ankle water when I finished. The television had a large dark shot in the screen. The door security latch was missing.

This is a beautiful facility. When you pull up it's nice on the outside and very lovely on the inside. Room was new and appeared renovated
I should have left after the first night nut I was in a financial bind waiting for 2 jobs to pay me. ROACHES. I even bought my own spray. I notified the desk clerk and she Saud she would report it and gave maintenance spray. I don't think that happened. I finally met the manager as I was leaving. She was very lovely, compted my last night. She did apologize and said she would inspect the room herself.

Could have had more to do around. More entertaining at the hotel.
