First and last time staying at a Best Western.

Location

The towels and wash cloths were stained. The bed was very uncomfortable due to the head of the bed leaning downward. The jacuzzi tub was really small. There were several areas in the bathroom that weren’t fixed such as the faucet handle, the shower head having a hole around the bottom. The shower curtain rails weren’t finish on each end. There was a hole under the lighting on the bathroom mirror. The front desk person acted like we were an inconvenience. The lobby area wreaked of marijuana.

The ice machine on 1st floor broken, room smelled a little dingy and pool closed at 11am on a Saturday in July for chemicals. Seems like you could do that at night while it's closed.

Good price but not the cleanest

The hotel was quiet and the lobby was nice. The TV in the room was big.

The key reader for the room was broken. They originally wanted to switch us rooms but we had specifically booked that room for the jetted tub. So we had to have the front desk attendant manually open the door for us any time we needed to come or go. The jets on the tub were filthy with black buildup. I had to go to target to get cleaner and a scrub brush and clean the jets before we could use the tub. When I filled it up and ran the jets to cycle the water through they spit out a good amount of black gunk. The floors in the bathroom were also sticky and there were random orange drops of something on the walls throughout the room. The TV brightness was turned all the way down and there was no way to adjust it. Just a little disappointed. We booked the King Suite with Jetted Tub expecting a clean room and a relaxing night and it was just very subpar.

The only thing I liked was there were tons of food places around .

We came down for a family reunion, it was several people complaining about roaches in the room. My room specifically was gross. Black stains on the sheets, crumbs on the floor, bathroom curtains dirty. I will never stay at this place again, don’t worry about complaining to front desk their no help there’s only 1 house keeper for the whole hotel. And they need management approval before doing anything . The breakfast is alright wish they had more fruit available the bacon is gross. This place over all gets triple 000 stars. Management gotta get it together .

No customer service skills at ALL. The manager has absolutely no sense of leadership or is EVER THERE! One of them on Sunday morning shift, at around 6:35 was rude and insulting. The people they hire don't seem equipped... They wear clothing you would use to run around doing errands AFTER work...they give off a very bad 1rst impression as you arrive. I asked to be changed from my room from night# 1 and NO ONE paid any mind EVER...just ignored me. The ice machine was dropping water all3 days and you literally walked all over it! I'm never recommending this joint and I'm publishing on the internet that no one visits here EVER.
