They asked for a $100 key deposit, that caught me off guard and put in a rough spot. Then check out was 11am so I was told to wait for room check to get my deposit back and i sit tgere til 1pm waiting then they acted surprised I was still there

I was really looking forward to spending my 2days just relaxing after months on the road trucking, we got the suite, the room looks nice and big enough but they kept charging me incorrectly, I paid the booking in full via agoda then the girl in the register told me she will charge a $80 deposit im cool with that but then i was charge an addtl $179 then after check out i was charge another $7.99 (which they said was for a 3rd party), after complaining they reversed it back since it was an error on their part but it still took a few days for reversal. The other staff are ok specially the one that gave me towels for the pool but im not recommending this place base on my experience with the girl that check us in that made the error and not really accomodating during the check in and when i initially raise the concern about the $179, the breakfast is also a blah, the sausage and egg is bland at best and the ironing board in the room seriously need to be replaced and the pool needs a little cleaning. If you come here make sure you check your acct before and after checkout... this really was a disappointment
