Staff very unclear about breakfast and charged extra out side of the room charge for breakfast no ice machines worked

One elevator out of order was a huge issue with 2 very large conventions going on at the same time. It made people late for call times and parents angry. Staff was very nice because unfortunately, it was totally out of their control.

Was in bad need of updates. We our room stayed damp and could not regulate the temperature. There were stains running down the main wall at the seams of the wallpaper. Breakfast was under staffed and under trained.

Parking was easy mid week, breakfast service to order so I didn't partake. Bed was uncomfortable, room was clean but furniture had lots of wear.

These rooms are not up to par for the Wyndham name. They are dirty to a level that a simple housekeeping run through can not remedy. There is dusted caked everywhere and stains on the carpet, upholstery, curtains, and even the bedclothes were either dirty or stained. Updating is a necessity at this point! It’s gross according to my standards.

The area the hotel was in was not the nicest, not the hotels fault but it was kind of industrial and dingy in and around the hotel location. Front desk person was very nice and pleasant at check, offered suggestions for dining options in area. Hotel seemed a little worn and dated. Comfortable bed and quiet at night.

The hotel is old and could use updating. Only one elevator functioned; it took a long time for the hot water, and then it never got completely hot. The breakfast service was rude. We left and went elsewhere.

First they put us in the wrong room so we had to ask to change it. There was no fridge or microwave in the room. Paint was chipping off the doorframe. On the plus side the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the restaurant was great and the waitstaff were very nice.

Great location for anyone attending a concert at the convention center—just a short walk away. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made the stay very convenient. Perfect choice if you want easy access without worrying about parking or long commutes

Stayed there twice, and both times have been great. Clean rooms, peacful atmosphere, and friendly staff. The views are a just of the city, but other that that its great. Its also an affordable option on top of being so nice. Definitely will be staying there again if I find myself revisiting Fort Smith.

The room smelled of marijuana when we first walked in, the ac was off. There was some mold in the bathroom above the mirror. Otherwise everything was clean, the staff was super helpful and friendly.

The bed was very comfortable, the rest lacked a lot of luster. Inside is dated and noticeably worn. Instantly on entering my room my sinuses went crazy I asked staff change the filter because it was filthy and they happily obliged. Went out for the evening upon returning had the same issue so just took a shower and went to bed. Woke up in the morning face swollen and opened the curtains and the entire inside wall around the window was covered in black mold and the wall was bubbling and rotten. Went downstairs and mentioned it to staff they were profusely apologetic and said manager would call on Monday after showing them the video of all the mold, still to this day not a call an email or text.
