Great place to spend the night while passing through NM.

Breakfast was great with lots of options. My wife really liked the new pancake making machine. She would have liked to have had a bagel, but not were available on this trip.

There were no towels available at the pool (for the hot tub). Fortunately, we brought towels from the room just in case. The hot tub is pretty small - it was packed with 5 adults in it and then on lady had three or four kids trying to cram in with us, including a toddler in a swim diaper - that had some of its absorbing material spilling out on to the pool decking.

The staff tried to help us.

We had to change rooms cause the door handle worked upside down. The second room the shower didn’t work but we didn’t try it until morning, so we did not shower. Not a good way to start the day. Breakfast was not very good.

Convenient but quiet location, very accommodating and friendly staff.

It took trying 2 rooms before getting settled in. The first room had no remote to TV and heat wasn’t working. Second room the key card wouldn’t work. So, it was a bumpy start and would have been nice to just check in and get settled in a little more flawlessly.

Quiet easy to locate staff was good, clean building starting to show its age. Beds were comfortable .

I was very disappointed and upset about my room!

Location.

I reserved a king with a roll in shower because I'm in a wheelchair with a broken leg and im no weight bearing have been for 10 1/2 weeks and have another 1 1/2 weeks to go. When I got there the room was not available and was put in a 2 queen room. I specifically asked the lady checking me in if the room had a roll in shower and she said yes. When I got in the room the tile was to high for my wheelchair to get over it going into the bathroom without a lot of effort. Then the shower was not a roll in like the lady said. It was a regular tub with a shower chair to put in the shower. I needed the roll in shower because of m broken leg. I couldn't get in the shower. I cant put weight on my leg so I couldn't stand there and try to put my leg in he shower and not fall. Then the beds where to high from me being only 5"4' and one good leg. Was very disappointed with that room. When I booked the king room there was 3 rooms available so why was I not giving the room I booked because it was the room I needed!!!

The Air conditioner didnt work, TV didn't work, and the hot water didnt work. Complained the next morning, as we got there late because of work and the desk worker contacted the owner who offered a 25% discount. I should have got a full refund at the very least! I won't return as I usually stay there at least once a month.

Facility was clean and staff was very friendly. Property was well lit outside. 2nd floor showers were nice and hot.

Room fixtures are outdated and need some updating. Breakfast was mediocre. Disappointed there was no fresh fruit out. Bathroom in the room was dimly lit. Dials were broken on air/heat unit.

It was good, other than the clerk wouldn’t allow us to check out 1 hour later .

We arrived late in the morning, at 3:30 AM from traveling….asked for an extended check out at noon instead of 11 AM, and the clerk said she couldn’t do that or it would be an extra $15 fee . Every motel/hotel I’ve stayed in offers this as a courtesy of an extra hour. Not very happy abt this as I felyyit wasn’t much to ask since we arrived so late.

Location was good

Breakfast was very low quality, we felt bad but had to throw out the egg and sausage. Disgusting quality. The bathroom was bad as well. The shower head was pouring out water from the handle so the shower head pressure was low. The caulking and grout was sloppy and dust piled up in the corners made the bathroom feel dirty

Location was convenient

This property is fairly run down. The air conditioner unit in our room was horrendously noisy. It ran much too frequently and sounded like a helicopter about to take off. My husband, who used to work in heating and cooling said it was "short-cycling" due to being low on coolant. The ice machine on our floor was broken for the entire week we were there. The elevator is jerky and scary. The bathroom has permanent dirty areas that housekeeping apparently can't get clean. Our room was only serviced every other day unless we specifically asked for service. One night, someone was in the parking area behind the building breaking car windows with bricks in the middle of the night. We got up the next morning to find the police downstairs investigating. Luckily for us, we were parked out front, but there are very few parking spaces in the front of the property. This La Quintana needs some serious property maintenance.
