La Quinta by Wyndham Fort Smith

The location is great. The staff was friendly. Can bring dogs.

We stayed for one entire week and the pool was closed every single day we were there. We were there during the hottest part of the summer and Fourth of July so having the pool was something we thought we were going to be able to enjoy during our stay. We were never given a reason or a time it would be open. I also got a call that my dog wouldn’t stop barking, so I left work and went to the hotel only to find that the cleaning ladies had their cart parked directly in front of my door and they were keeping it there while cleaning all the rooms. I had to move their cart to even get in my door. So yes, my dog is going to bark if you are continuously coming to his door. Mind you I had the do not disturb sign on our door the entire day. So that was very annoying. Common sense would have told someone to stay away from the door and he would stop barking!

Very clean hotel Friendly staff Reasonable price/ great continental breakfast and handicap assessing. There is alot of dining around and stores. We will definitely stay again!!

Breakfast was good. I like the location.

Wish I could receive an email of the receipt.

Building needs attention, cleaner walls, cleaner elevator, needs keep up like paint, maintenance…Iron did not work and staff was not able to replace it or willing to.
