The place was great and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing. Just stay there for the breakfast buffet.

Air conditioner made so much noise, we didn’t sleep all night. Breakfast was running low, saw one employee and he walked off. Don’t stay at this Best Western. You or your comfort is not their #1 priority.

Great location with several restaurants within a short walk from the hotel

There was a bump entering or exiting the elevator. It was a trip hazard and made it very difficult with my walker. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and pillows were like sleeping on rocks. The air conditioner sounded like a jet plane taking and landing. We got the worst nights sleep we have ever had in motel. The beds were so high that it was extremely difficult to get in and out of the bed. Room was dusty and bedding had stains on them. I would not recommend staying here.

Overall, not bad. But not great either. The property was kinda stuffy and the don’t have tooth brushes and toothpaste and bottle openers, you know the things you may run off and leave at home? Honestly we chose this one because others were full. Everything was a bit dated, but clean enough. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. It was located perfectly within reach of food places and stores. I maybe would stay again, I’m guessing it’s hit and miss with room stuffiness tho.

We were greeted promptly upon arrival. The staff were friendly and informative. Our room was comfortable and clean. The mattress was comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night of sleep. The breakfast was pretty good. They had waffles, biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, bread for toast, bagels, yougart w/toppings, hard boiled eggs, 3 kinds of cereal, coffee, milk, and juice. The hotel is kinda run down. I think they may be trying to renovate some. Our room had placed where they had patched the walls. We've stayed at this hotel several times, we'll see if we will stay the next time we're in Fort Smith.

While I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, the bathroom was due a remodel. The main problem I had was with customer service. I had left a cardigan in the closet. I called the next day to see if it was recovered. I left my name and contact but got no response. I called back two days later to follow up. No cardigan was found. I stopped by the hotel in person and was told no cardigan was found. I assume it was thrown away because it did not just vanish.

Good value for the money. Room was updated and clean. Bathroom was nice. Breakfast was nice, eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, coffee, waffles, cereals, bagels, milk, yogurt, etc. A good spread. Would stay again. My only recommendation would be that the room needs a curtain rod so that you can actually close the curtain to make the room dark.

When I purchased the stay with Expedia I hit the wrong button and purchased Saturday and Sunday. I did purchase the insurance so I called Expedia after four days Expedia said they had it fixed to Friday and Saturday I called the hotel they said they had it fixed as well I called the hotel the day of and they said they switched it back to Saturday, Sunday because Expedia has not changed the dates so I had to buy Friday along with the other two days I had purchased So my brother could stay. I tried to chat with Expedia, and they wanted me to pay money to chat. I immediately tried to call Expedia and could never get through to someone to fix the problem. At the counter couldn't help me because she wasn't a manager, and a manager could not reach out to me because he had left for the day No one ever called Because the hotel said they couldn't do anything about it even though it was supposedly all taken care of three weeks prior to. will never use Expedia again I will tell everyone I ever come in contact with about Expedia And how they stole money from me because they didn't follow through on what they said they had done and fixed the dates so I had to pay for three days instead of 2 and Sunday didn't even get used. that is bad as someone taking money from someone's wallet. "a thief " i am a Director for a major hotel chain, IHG, Hilton, and Marriott. I will tell everyone in my company this story and everyone I know. along with reviews.
