The location was great.

The faucet fell off when I went to take a shower. The remote would not work so TV was on all night. The toilet overflowed into the floor, the staff just brought some towels for us to soak it up. I had to go get some cleaner. The beds were horrible. Very uncomfortable slept maybe 3 hours and woke up in pain.

Everything was great, very comfortable beds and very clean

The water pressure in the shower could be improved a lot, felt like i couldnt get clean or rinsed properly with the very low water pressure

The toilet didn’t flush the air made loud noises and didn’t work good

Breakfast started at 7:00 which was a bit too late for people who want to check out early.

The early morning/overnight front desk staff and housekeeping were friendly

No internet connection in our room, no plug for the bath tub (only metal piece sticking up), in room phone did not work to call front desk, pillows flat and half the size of a standard pillow, mattresses thin and move around on the metal frame while sleeping exposing the metal and wire frame they sit on, run down looking. Does not come close to meeting the brand standard I am use to at the other Choice properties I have stayed at. The manager at this property acts like she is a prison warden. We asked when the pool was open during breakfast, front desk confirmed 10am. After returning at 10am we seen a closed sign, staff advised us it was open another hotel guest walked with us to the door while talking with hotel staff and entered the pool area with us. About 15 minutes of swimming laps the other guest left. My children continued swimming for approximately 10 minutes when a different staff member came in and yelled at us that the pool was closed, upsetting both my children. While exiting the pool she referenced us stating “one problem fixed one to go”. I paused and asked to speak to a manager, she rudely stated she was the manager. I attempted to ask why the pool was closed after we were told it was open. I again stated two different members of their staff had told us it was. She then said no one at the front desk said it was open, I again stated the front desk person at breakfast told us it opened at 10am. When I said at 6:30am it was a different lady who advised us of the time. She then stated “she didn’t know who that was.” I nearly stated the obvious and said well you must have been the one to take over for her. To which she replied “you can check out now.” I brought my children upstairs and told my husband to pack everything we had another night booked. I returned asking for Choice Hotel contact information she refused to give me contact information and I looked it up and called while still in the lobby. Beyond rude service by general manager!!!

Housekeeping and front desk staff were friendly. Linens appeared clean. Breakfast was typical offerings.

Room needs serious attention. Soap holder hanging off wall. Ceiling very discolored with stains. Carpets stained and worn. Stain marks on lamp shades i.e. possibly food? Most of all the air unit filters need changed or system replaced as breathing was affected overnight and after leaving room. The hallways smell strongly of smoke.

Very clean friendly staff and breakfast was good. Excellent quality.

The property was is older but well maintained and I appreciate this very much.

Miss An at the front desk could use a little more customer service training!! Even lied to her boss that I was irate lol I literally asked a question about being charged twice with receipts for proof. They were going to kick me out lol like huh?? I am glad there are cameras looking right at me to prove I never raised my voice or cursed!! Just ridiculous! Yes she eventually figured out that I WAS RIGHT and refunded me some money and finally gave me a key. Absolutely absurd!

The night auditor was rude. Not accommodating for my physical limitations and when I booked a smoking room by mistake would not try and put us in a different room. Claimed it was full with 8 cars in entire lot

The woman who was working the front desk when we checked in was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, so helpful and very accommodating. She really went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of! Breakfast was also pretty decent! I love that they had a small hot selection on top of the Continental items. The waffle maker was also a good hit and I loved that they had strawberry waffles. Overall, the room was fairly decently updated, pretty clean overall and a great value for the price that it was at.

The woman I checked out with was really rude! She just honestly didn't seem like she wanted to be there at all. I told her thank you and had a great day and she basically just looked at me and went "uh huh". When I was struggling because I had my hands full to get my cards in the box she just stood there and stared at me instead of helping. Almost acted like I was an inconvenience. She also spent a lot of time on her phone dealing with some drama with her friends. You could definitely tell that she was more focused on things that were going on outside of work than dealing with the guests in the hotel. I didn't even bother to ask her if the water could be refilled. She looked at it a few times. Saw that it was almost empty and just ignored it. I figured if I asked I would get some sort of an eye roll or other rude answer. I understand having bad days. I have them all the time. Actually. My life is a bad day at the current moment. But I'm still really nice to people out in public because it's not their fault. Especially when I'm at work and getting paid to be there, it's not everyone's fault that you're having a bad day. You can treat them with kindness and not make it worse for everybody else. I also was not able to shower in my room, there was mold all over the ceiling above the shower. They also put some sort of a sticky cover thing down. I'm guessing over cracks in the shower. Except the sticky cover thing was starting to peel up and there was just dirt and grime all underneath the part of it that had peeled up. It was way too gross to take a shower there. The rest of the bathroom was great! Super clean, super nice. The room itself was super clean and super nice but that shower was atrocious.

The rooms were very nice and clean, staff was nice.

The pool was closed for maintenance. I chose this place for their indoor pool only for it to be closed. I do feel like I should have been given a discount for it not being open

That the whole hotel smelled like smoke, the girl at the counter was not personable and seemed as if she didn’t want to be there.

It was clean and the breakfast is very good.

I paid an additional $20 for a room with a spa as advertised here on this site and this place has no spa rooms at all.

Was in a good area.well lit out side and felt safe. Every thing was clean and staff was great.

Toilet was to low but other then that every thing was great.

The first room we had the door wouldn’t lock or unlock. We did have to move, but they were very accommodated about helping us move to another room. They were very Curtis and we were very satisfied with the other room that we had.

I liked the accessibility of the room and the entire hotel. I was really impressed by it. I also liked that they included a shower chair for the accessible room. And the room was nice and cozy.

The breakfast was the same thing for three days straight and everyone expects breakfast at hotels to not be good but the variety helps slightly. So I would’ve enjoyed the breakfast more if there was a bit more variety.

They didn’t clean the bathroom the toilet and tub was dirty. They also gave us dirty towels.

Room was very clean and recently renovated.

Hallways felt kind of claustrophobic - did not like color choice.

I had to request that my room be cleaned several times and it wasn't done. I had to request for someone to fix the AC and I was told noone was available and that if I had a problem I could check out.

I didn't like how I was treated by the staff and that my concerns was not a priority to them. I was finally given another room after I told them that I had medical issues and I would get a lawyer.

Clean, friendly staff, quite, good breakfast.
