DONT RECOMMEND staying there at all!!!

The reception lady was extremely nice!

Upon arrival, they let us know. The room was on the second floor after knowing it needed to be wheelchair accessible. It was not wheelchair accessible. The room had bullet holes, blood on the bed, cockroaches. They moved us to a different room and was just as bad. Would not give refund and had no explanation why the place was so disgusting.

A Nasty Hotal

The worst hotel probably in Fort Smith Arkansas. There's Nothing at this place to score. -0 to the whole stay

The room and floorr they give me wasn't clean period. The bed was old and comfortable. The walls and bathroom were dirty not cleaned. Bed linen and towels was dirt looks. Table unstable and doors were not opening all the way. No night staff there. No phone in the room either

This facility provides a affordable safe place to rest no questions asked with no judgment. The sfaff were very friendly and accommodating. I didnt have any issues with my room.

There were roaches even after I had them spray. The beds were very worn down. No wash cloths provided. Towels did not look clean.

Not going to be staying at this hotel again and will never recommend it to anyone.

Hotel was located in the main part of town with a lot of restaurants and easy access to main road.

Hotel was run down. It stated it had an outdoor pool but it was not available for use and doesn't appear to be usable. The room was in bad shape. One of the beds frames was broken and it was going to end up on the floor if we had used it. A lot of yelling outside.

The location is not bad

I was given a room, and when I went in it was not pleasing at all. The room smelled weed, it had stains seemed like someone threw up on the wall next to the bed, and stains various parts all around. I went back to the front desk and requested to be given a different room. I got the room it was still same but thinly okay. Smelled weed, microwave was dirty and broken, bathroom towel dirty (everything in the bathroom was dirty), stains on the mattress, and walls. A rough stay!

Convenient location

The room was horrible….out dated, bed looked like it was 40+ years old and looked uncomfortable, was afraid I would get bed bugs, no carpeting, no coffee pot. I didn’t stay. Money was refunded

Just wow🤨

The location and staff are great.

They had roaches bad, room was old, outdated, half the lights didn't work, the outlets in the bathroom didn't work, the bed was old, blankets old and worn and rough, 2 jokes for pillows, tables, 1 chair, and everything in the room was old and dingy. The bathroom fan was not covered, and was gross and falling out, and the heat and air unit sounded like it was barely working, loud and smelled. Just cause people want a smoking room don't mean they are trashy or deserve less the other rooms. We are still paying guests. I do not smoke cigarettes, I smoke for medical reasons. And my home always smells and looks nice and clean. Get a better cleaning staff and management.

There was hundreds of roaches everywhere. Then when I layed down I woke up being attacked by bed bugs. There were so many bed bugs I was squishing them on the sheets. It was the absolute worst place I've ever been. I had to leave at 3am because I was being literally attacked by bed bugs and roaches! I don't wish a place like that even on my worst enemy!

Smelly carpet, burn holes in bedspread, mold on ceiling of shower area...so bad that we slept with our clothes and shoes on over the blanket. We had our own pillows. The heater/air unit was filthy with huge thick dust bunnies.

Never again you could not pay me to go back

The rooms were not clean, I had one towel,nothing else,no washcloths, no bathmat,no hand towels, one bath towel that was it, phones in rooms don't work , the bedding sheets,pillow cases ,bed spread all old stained things stuck on them, and the worst part of it all COCKROACHES ,not one or two but like a colony of them ,if you used a standard size flyswatter you could hit 30 of them in one hit, I'll never even drive into the parking lot again.
