It was disgusting the room wasnt clean at all. There was panties and cigarettes buts in the room and when u flushed itll bubble up the sink. But they have a no refund policy. There was druggies hanging around the lobby and out side.

Our reason for coming this direction is no more, so probably won't be staying here ever again.

This was our second stay in just a few days. Different room. Shower worked, quiet, location is basically why we stay here. Can't beat the value at $54 a night.

Motel is old, carpet threadbare, toilet tissue holder broken. I was not 100% convinced that the linen had been changed since the last occupant. Freezer section of the fridge had not been defrosted in months. Only half the light fixtures had bulbs.

We have stayed there several times over the years and have not caught any fatal diseases.

Room was cheap. Bed was clean. Quiet. For our purposes it was the closest to our needs as was available.

Room was filthy. Hadn't been properly cleaned in months. Shower didn't work. Should not walk on carpet barefoot unless all your shots for SE Asia were current. Water finally got hot after half the Ft Smith reservoir was emptied. Motel is old, should have been torn down years ago.

Awful place to stay

The staff was nice.

The room was disgusting. The sheets nor pillow cases had been changed. There was crusty spots on the sheets so I had to go ask for new sheets. The pillow cases had dirt and hair all over them. The dresser in the room was broke. There was tar looking stuff all over the walls running down them. Their wifi sucks. It didn't work at all. The faucet in the room for the sink was broke. The room stunk really bad when we first arrived also. That hotel in general smells like cigarette smoke as soon as you walk in the door. They do absolutely no refunds so we stayed since we already had paid for the room. The shower was gross. It hadn't been cleaned, there was hair all in it from whoever stayed in the room before us. The toilet wouldnt flush half the time.. I just dont recommend staying here... it isnt worth the money..

Trash all under the bed stuff was coming up missing out of my room lotions bath amd body works stuff I put toilet paper in the door when I left to see if anyone was going in my room sure enough it was place in another spot and folded another way onto of finding a meth pipe in my room empty food containers and alcohol bottles swept under the bed... they checked me into a room that was listed as clean and it wasnt.. Definitely worth the price if u dont care to much about cleanliness hadpiled up trash bags from rooms just sitting in the halls at each end and I seen a needle cap on the ground.. idk why but they put me jn the same room everytime I go even if I book another online... housekeepers are method out and all in ur business Hella nosey... im not to sure whats up with them coming in my room while im gone stealing shit but think twice about staying here if ur not a junkie 💯👌🏽🫷🏽

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER WALKED IN TO!

Absolutely NOTHING!

The whole place was disgusting! The smell in the place bout knocked you down when you walked in. It is nothing but a drug dealing hotel. Our room was filthy! Never vacuumed, dirty clothes under the bed. Shower handle was broken, they had to show us how to get it to work and said they had parts ordered. People were fighting outside the building. There were cats sitting in the windows and dogs barking in the rooms. Sheets were dirty. We ended up leaving and having to stay somewhere else clean. That place needs to be shut down by the health department and drug task force.

Mattresses looked and felt like they were from the late 70's. Had mold on them, room smelled of mold and smoke. Roaches in the bathroom. Folks above us had marching band practice at 2:30 am. Even for 65 a night, hands down the worst place I've stayed.

I booked a room that should have had 2 beds, they tried to put them in a room with only 1 bed, also pool was down and looked to be out of service for a while, asked for discount since no pool but was not give one! other services were also not in working order. Maybe these booking platforms should send people to view these places they promote. Was not at all what they claimed!!

We booked a double queen non smoking. They tried to put us in a single non smoking room, it smelled like marihuana smoke. They said they didn't have any non smoking double rooms. We excepted the double smoking roon. I wish we would have just left. I paid $80 for one night, not the 65 advertised. Didn't have a choice. The room was nasty, roaches everywhere, torn carpet, broken lamp shade, TV remote didn't work, toilet wouldn't flush, smoke alarm torn from ceiling, burn holes in blankets, fridge was so iced over that the door wouldn't close. Roaches in the fridge.

There were a few maintenance issues in the room. There were not enough outlets to run the desk lamp, and the microwave at the same time. The TV initially did not work. We found that it was unplugged, probably by a housekeeper who had to use the outlet for her vacuum cleaner. There was no pop-up in the sink, so we could not fill the basin with water to shave with.
