I reserved two double queens and got two queen plus sofa bed.

Great stay other than bed size.

Location

Bed size. Said it was a queen but the queen we slept on previous night was larger. Management said they had measured previously and it was a queen. I didn’t ask them to remeasure. Clearly that statement she said to me tells me that I’m not the only person that complained about the bed size.

Could be better

The room was spacious and clean. Check in was easy.

Bathroom door in room was so heavy and stiff it was hard to open or close. We mainly booked this hotel for the pool but when we walked in the smell of chemicals was so strong it triggered my youngest childs asthma. And the water was so murky we couldn't see the bottom of the last step going into the water. Staff was not in lobby any time we went down there.

Breakfast foods were fresh & well stocked! All selections were very tasty. We appreciate how clean the spaces are. We travel w/our pet (18# Yorkie) & like the little treats supplied!!!

Nice breakfast set up and typical modern style Home2Suites location, which is appealing. Front desk evening staff was kind and helpful and kept a positive attitude even though she clearly had her hands full with demanding guests.

Not so much the hotel, but it was a crazy busy Saturday nite with many inconsiderate co-travelers. Chaos in the pool with a dozen screaming and splashing kids, neighbors on one side blaring TV til almost midnite, other neighbors’ cat meowing in the bathroom all evening. Good Lord. May have to skip Arkansas next time.

I loved the supplies in the kitchenette and extra blankets being available in the room. The space in the room was fantastic also since it was my husband and I plus three kids.

I was disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub, but not a deal breaker.

The garbage disposal smelled rancid. Just happy it didn’t overtake the entire room. Room was dusty and there was some trash under the dishwasher.
