Clean hotel but maintenance challenges

Clean. Quite. Well kept

Room smelled like it was a pet allowed room had an odor from not being cleaned for a while. Lack of occupancy probably. No tv streaming service not working. Never told us how to just access cable. Why didn’t they call someone to fix. Breakfast staff person not friendly. Breakfast just ok. No bacon Worst problem heating unit in bedroom run off and on all night. Could not shut off. It was awful. Was not controlled by thermostat. Thermostat so old could not see temperature in room. Toilet so low very difficult to get up and down

Perfect 2-bedroom suite.

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for my son and me. There was plenty of room and the furnishings and beds were great.

The eggs at breakfast were way overcooked-couldn’t eat them. The pool wasn’t available.

I didn't like it when I was told by a staff member that if they do an over night clean that the customers could not be in the room while they clean. Also for breakfast it seem to be the same thing instead of change.

Stay-cation in Ft. Smith.

My room was easily accessible to pool, dining area, and parking. Floors was quiet and felt safe and comfortable.

Hard to figure out how to use the tv and WiFi.

$40 dollars extra for . gets you $1 premium king gets $10 worth of cheap snacks a and a couple cans of sodas definitely not worth it Got there and spent 30 minutes standing outside the room sweating waiting for them to fix the lock.

We walked in to a 73 degree room. With the ceiling fan and AC on as low as it would go (45) the lowest it dropped in 8 hours was down to 69 degrees. It was horrible.

Neither tvs in in room worked and when I called the front desk she said they don't have a maintenance person there at the moment. I'm very upset and disappointed with this hotel especially at 200.00 a night!
