Room and the rest of the property were excellent. Food very good.
It’s a difficult place to find one’s way around at first.
No porters and a long way from car park to reception.
Staff mostly very pleasant.

We like it here as it's so comfortable, clean and high quality. Service wasn't great though

We had an amazing time at Heythrop Park. The staff were are so friendly and wanting to help. The room was clean and spacious and when we had problems with the air conditioning not working, someone was sent to fix it and it was working again within half an hour.
Only down sides were if you ordered through the app in the bars or restaurants, the service was slow and cleaning of the room while we were there was basic (towels changed, bed made and tea and coffee facilities replenished but dirty glasses not taken or changed).
