The Swan Hotel Oxford

I stayed for one night in the single bed room. The bed was comfy, and the room was larger than expected. The bathroom was great, with a full bath and shower, and they'd even supplied some bath salts and soap. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Check in was very easy, and the room was quiet enough that I slept very comfortably. I was in the area for a job interview, and they stored my bags in a safe room whilst I was away. Once I came back, the owner asked me a few questions and we ended up having a long conversation about the biochem/chemistry industry and he even gave me a free glass of orange juice whilst we spoke. Really lovely and hospitable owners and staff, interesting to chat to if you get the chance haha! I would definitely stay here again if I ever needed to. I would say the price of the rooms is very fair and more affordable than most around Oxford. The area itself is nice and very safe, with quite a few good pubs nearby also! (If the owner is reading this, unfortunately I did not get the job haha ! I'm sure I'll have better luck next time)

I don't have any real complaints about the place. I think the rooms are good quality for the fair price point.
