La possibilité de garer la voiture dans la résidence, la deco et l aménagement de l appartement.

La complexité du système via un site spécialisé nécessitant connections pour avoir les infos sur les codes d accès et découvrir qu il faut régler une caution élevée avant d avoir les infos permettant l accès. L ascenseur en panne depuis ??? et plusieurs choses étaient cassées ou abîmées ce qui n était pas signalé à l arrivée et que nous avons du signaler au fur et à mesure pour être sûr de récupérer notre caution… qui a été remboursée sans pb après notre départ. Il vaut mieux se garer dans la rue pour décharger et charger la voiture car l accès depuis le parking de la résidence est un peu plus long et pas direct. Mais un parking aux portes de Paris et proche du RER c bien.

L'appartement est très agréable, spacieux. L'emplacement au top près du RER et d'un magasin pour faire les courses. Vraiment à deux pas. Coin tranquille et tellement facile pour se rendre dans la capitale. Conciergerie au top dès qu'il y a le moindre souci on vous répond aussitôt.

Le système pour ouvrir le parking...avec les clefs de l'appartement et tous ces codes. Mais franchement on a un parking gratuit donc on est content. Il manque qq petites cuillères. Le grille pain fait sauter disjoncteur mais vu la qualité du service je pense que cela sera remédié pour les prochains locataires.

Location didn’t feel safe

I didn't know internet connection was so bad in France in general. Needless to say I wasn't able to watch the videos the host had sent on how to enter and what the codes were. There were three different ones. Thankfully they were available by phone at arrival to help with the codes.

We were six people, 3 adults and 3 kids (17,16 and 15 years of age) and they gave us five big towels and one small one and this for a stay of 6 nights there. When I requested more I didn't get any answer. There is a washer but cannot be used, it stank. The sheets for the pull out sofa were mismatched, the two pillow cases were different, the cover was from another set and the mattress cover has seen better days. The sofa had a huge stain on it. The freezer was broken. The seal around the door had broken who knows how long ago and the whole thing was fully frozen over. There were no cleaning supplies or even a trash bag. No condiments of any kind. I've always had at the least cooking oil at any other location I have ever rented and there have been many. There were no closets in the rooms where you could hang your clothes only a small cabinet in the bigger room. The smaller room it was either no unpacking or use the floor. The closets in the hallway were not usable. They haven't been cleaned in a very long time, way to dusty. All the dishes, utensils and so on had to be cleaned before usage. All in all cleanliness is definitely not what you will get with this apartment. On the other hand, the location and access to metro was great.
