Spacious with three bedrooms, perfect for a group of four, we really appreciated the complete gadgets in the kitchen like water kettle, dinnerware, refrigerator, and totally enjoyed the large television. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Additionally, the host was responsive to our inquiries before arrival.

We felt cold and couldn’t use the heater, the water at the shower area overflows during use. We expected to have basic toiletries but none were provided. We were unsure if bedsheets were newly washed. Also, there was no privacy in the living room as it appeared there were no blinds similar to those in the bedrooms.

It was a very nice mini vacation, the apartment was very well designed and we enjoyed ourselves.

Decor of apartment was well suited to its style, accessible shops/metro very close by, host communicated well on how to enter the apartment and to log into wifi. All cleaning supplies and washing stuff was supplied which was very helpful and saved us money, we really enjoyed our stay!

It was boiling hot, the metal shutters are great for blocking out sun and for security however, I wished there was a fan or air conditioning of some sort, I couldn’t sleep due to the heat, we had to open the shutters for air flow and I got eaten alive by mosquitoes due to this. The street the apartment is situated on was very busy during night time which impacted the noise levels and made it difficult to sleep, but using the shutters did help block this out and I understand this is out of the hosts control. I had to message for the wifi information, a little card in the property for guests would help when trying to connect to the internet.

Nice, large, clean, with easy access

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for myself and two adult sons. Very close to the Metro 14 line, 3 stops from Orly and easy access to downtown. Restaurants right below the complex and nearby grocery. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice large place at a great price and easy access to Paris sites.

Séjour sympathique

La disponibilité de l'hôte, qui a su même tard dans la nuit nous apporter de l'aide quand nous avions eu du mal à entrer dans l'appartement. Aussi, sa réactivité pour envoyer les agents d'entretien pour apprêter l'appartement. Les équipements, le linge de douche, les draps et les produits de douche, de lessive et vaisselle qui étaient mis à disposition.

Quitter l'appartement à 10h. Et le savoir le jour même sauf si je n'ai pas bien lu le premier mail. 10h c'est assez tôt. Ne pas trouver l'appartement fait.

Les difficultés du virement de la caution avec une dame parfaitement désagréable en ligne qui raccrocha au nez quand on l'a contrarie .Un Mr a pris le relais plus aimable. Il semble que ces personnes ne soient pas dans le secteur du site de location. Plusieurs jours après le départ nous avons reçu des mails tous les jours demandant le paiement de cette caution par Paypal. Très curieux . A L'entrée, pas de ménage fait, lave vaisselle plein ainsi que le sèche linge. Une femme de ménage a été diligenté sur les lieux .... Des exigences comme pas exemple s'assurer de la fermeture du coffre de la clé au départ.... alors qu'à l'arrivée il était ouvert.Quand à la place de parking, il faut avoir un petit véhicule pour s'y garer.

Die Unterkunft war komplett ausgestatt und die Anbindung zur Bahn / zum Bus ist fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsläden wie Lidl und Bäcker sind in fußläufiger Nähe.

Die Feuermelder waren alle abgebaut und lagen in den Schränken. Trotz zweifacher Nachfrage war kein Check-In vor 16 Uhr möglich, da die Unterkunft wohl noch im Vorfeld gereinigt wurde. Doch als wir ankamen war der Geschirrspüler nicht ausgeräumt, es lag eine angebissene Toastscheibe in der Mikrowelle und die benutzten Kaffeepads lagen noch in der Kaffeemaschine. Auch ein späterer Check-out (nach 10 Uhr) wurde nicht angeboten. Leider gab es auch nur eine große Bettdecke für die Doppelbetten. Die Möbel (Sideboard und Sitzgarnituren waren deutlich sichtbar kaputt, die Couch sehr instabil, Teppiche müssten gereinigt / ausgetauscht werden. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und dadurch war alles sehr hellhörig. Um in den Hausflur der Unterkunft zu gelangen war es jedesmal erforderlich über das Klingelsystem ein bestimmtes Wort auszuwählen und dann zum exakten Zeitpunkt (zeitgleich) per Telefonnummer einen Anruf zu starten. Das setzt immer das dabeihaben eines Handys voraus. Die Matratzen waren entweder sehr hart oder sehr weich. Die Türen haben gequietscht sodass ein nächtlicher Toilettengang immer zu hören war. Die Reste von vorherigeren Urlauber:innen wurden dort gelagert (zum Beispiel angefangenes Nutella und Cornflakes ...).

Расположение объекта 3 мин пешком к станции метро. И 35 мин ехать в центр

Мы заплатили за этот апартамент больше 1000 евро, и это того не стоило , мало того что заселение с 16.00 а выселяют с 10 утра что уже несправедливо так как даже в отелях с 14.00-11.00 , так мы пришли в грязную квартиру , ободранная мебель , пол был настолько грязным что приклеивалось все , нам дали 4 полотенца и одно с них как на фото грязное , дополнительных полотенец для ног или лица не было , не было пледов и чем застелить кровать, твердые подушки , мало посуды хотя мы указали что будет 4 человека и ребенок, паркинг который указан это место возле кофейни которое часто было занято местными машинами , вход в апартаменты ужасно не удобный , нужно набрать звоночек и звонить по номеру ибо вам не откроют дверь в дом , с ванной комнаты ужасный запах канализации , за такую цену мы ожидали получить чистый апартамент , реальные фото поданные мною ниже , также в одной из комнат было холодно и отрегулировать нельзя было .

Le logement est super spacieux et fidèle aux photos. Tout était propre à mon arrivée. Les chambres sont très bien agencées. La literie est confortable. Tout est fonctionnel.

Hormis le canapé qui n’était pas super confortable (les 3 lits des chambres compensent largement 😅) je n’ai absolument rien à redire !
