Go for a drink at Bar Issi. Skip the hotel all together!

The location is very good.

It is difficult to reconcile this property’s nightly rate exceeding $1,000 with the experience it delivers. The hotel appears aesthetically considered, but beneath the surface it feels structurally insubstantial, as though built from paper rather than concrete. The lack of soundproofing is astonishing. We could hear entire conversations from adjacent rooms, the distinct rhythm of footsteps above us, and every pedestrian and passing vehicle outside. Our room sat directly over a heavily trafficked road, making each night feel less like a stay in a luxury hotel and more like an attempt to sleep beside a freeway. We requested a room change, only to be told none were available. The proposed solution, a bedside noise machine, felt less like hospitality and more like an inadvertent acknowledgment of a fundamental design flaw. White noise does not compensate for walls that fail to perform their most basic function. Over the course of three nights, restorative sleep was simply not possible. At this level of pricing, guests are paying for discretion, insulation from chaos, and considered comfort. Instead, we experienced the acoustic equivalent of an airport lounge. Additionally, the service consistently fell short of expectations. The bartenders were curt to the point of dismissive, and the tone in both the bar and restaurant felt indifferent rather than welcoming. Housekeeping and turndown service were sporadic at best; when the room was serviced, essentials were often left unreplenished and basic details overlooked. For a property positioned at this level, the lack of attentiveness was as disappointing as it was surprising. There are many hotels at a quarter of the price that manage to provide quiet, privacy, and actual rest. Luxury is not defined by décor or branding, it is defined by execution. On that measure, this property falls profoundly short.

Amazing hotel but next time I want my room away from Indian Canyon!

Rooms are huge! Bathroom is huge and I loved the rain shower! Slept like a baby on the comfortable bed! Breakfast is wonderful!

I hated being on Indian Canyon Drive. It was like sleeping on top of a highway. Way too loud!

Great stay!

Great food in the restaurant. Pool was very nice with amazing views and good music. There’s a smaller pool in the adult only area which was very nice and quiet. Staff is very welcoming, special shout out to the hotel driver Abel. He is amazing!!! Gave us great suggestions

The location was amazing and loved the amenities!

The cleanliness of the rooms could’ve been improved. We had a stain that was never cleaned, I ended up wiping it up myself. We stayed in the upper stories and the way the rooms are angled you really aren’t able to open your blinds because everyone can see in. The toilet handle would get stuck, the cleaning crew kept taking our mugs and not replacing them, and overall the rooms were very overpriced for what they were. We’ll stay again but not in the upper stories.

Loved the staff, look, ambiance and cleanliness of the property. Lola Rose dinner was delish as was pool lunch, yum!

Minor quibble - the chair in the room took up a lot of real estate and was tricky to maneuver around in the night, and as much as I love a boucle swivel I feel with the chaise and two courtyard chairs you don’t really need it.

Maintenance of cleanliness. I wanted to wear a robe that was hanging inside the closet and it was so dusty. Couldn’t sit outside cause it was dusty on the patio. I get it it’s Palm Springs. There was coffee stain that wasn’t wiped off. There was an issue with cup of the hotel room too, I think it was dusty. But if they know a guest are coming and hence I let them know in advance than I expect it’s ready for me to utilize everything in the room. Also, I get it, it’s a party town and people are up late. My expectations when I wake up to get coffee I can find a sitting spot outside that’s not messy at the restaurant or lounge area.

All in all, the stay was exceptional. Definitely going back.

The breakfast was outstanding. I actually ordered 2 meals. I was only able to eat half of each. But I definitely took the rest for a snack later. Every employee I came across, were exceptionally polite, nice, helpful and eager to assist in all aspects of our stay.

We stayed for the 4th of July, and hung out at the pool. There were so many people drinking alcoholic beverages. With them rarely exercising prudence in exciting the pool to use the restrooms. I only entered the pool at the beginning of the day. I dared not enter after. Yuck !

Location. amazing. Very news sp perhaps needs a bit more finesse. Sfayff on check were a little elevated. Seems like they priprtose families and couples more, especially around the pool area where kids were taking over Im afraid and being allowed to.

Since it is a new hotel they seem to have some kinks they need to work out like staffing. Most of the issues would be resolved with more staffing. We will go back in hopes that they have worked it out.

Amazing location in Palm Springs

We stayed during the workweek in the Upper Stories section in mid April 2025, the hotel is still very new at this point and we were told the section we were staying in had only opened a week or two prior. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, had a very large bathroom and shower. Being in the Upper Stories section also gave us access to an additional pool, since we stayed during the workweek we mostly had this to ourselves which was fantastic. You can still order the poolside bites to get delivered which was an unexpected perk! You do have to walk a bit to get to this area (up an elevator, out a door, down a short path, and then we were up another elevator again) but it wasn't a nuisance, just FYI. The food and drinks at Lola Rosa were wonderful, we only ate in the lounge and at the bar though. The location of the hotel is fantastic, very centrally located in downtown Palm Springs, we were able to walk to most places we wanted to get to but if not (or if we just didn't want to walk) the hotel has a service were they will drive you anywhere within a 3 mile radius, such an amazing perk that we didn't see advertised on the site!

One thing I did note during the stay, they play music everywhere, I think to drown out any sounds from outside the hotel itself which they were successful with, but if you're trying to get to bed earlier might be bothersome.

Divine. Can’t wait to return!

They apologized that our room was a walk-up (booked last minute) but it was so convenient to the restaurant/pool/elevator to lobby, I loved it! The steps weren’t too much at all and they were very helpful with our baggage. No complaints!

Housekeeping came quite early in the day, we were still in bed. When we asked for later service we had to follow up twice. But no biggie.

Все было на очень высоком уровне,персонал был добрый улыбчивый и вежливый,номера были чистые и удобные,современный стиль 👍☺️ Бассейн был классный и в том числе джакузи,👍все вокруг гостиницы и с наружи и внутри обустроена стильно и современно ,одним словом рекомендую всех ,кто хочет отдохнуть,и забить а работе и заботах ,ну хотя бы на пару дней,Приятные моменты и воспоминание остались от Томпсона 👍
