Clothing optional paradise in the desert

The staff was amazing and there were so many small details like somebody bringing popsicles around to everybody at the pool or having free sunscreen available to those who ran out. The included meals were also very good but could get a little old if you are staying for more than a long weekend. We had planned to leave the resort, but it was so nice that we just stayed there most of the time.

The only thing I can think of is the bathroom door in our room was awful. Sliding doors aren’t meant for bathrooms. They have gaps and there’s no sound isolation. Plan on asking your partner to go hang out by the pool for a bit if you aren’t traveling alone.

Words cannot explain how magical Santiago Resort is. From the amazing staff, to the impeccable amenities, this resort has everything a gay man could want or need during your Palm Springs stay. Highlights are included breakfast and lunch, brand new renovated showers/bathrooms and gorgeous pool/hot tub.

The Santiago Resort made my first trip to Palm Springs unforgettable. I can't wait to return!

Charming, luxurious, and inclusive, Santiago Resort is truly special. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. I'm a very introverted person traveling alone, and they put me at ease the moment I walked in. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful! The pool was nice and warm, and when the sun got too hot it felt just right. At night, when the temperature dropped, the hot tub was perfect. When that was too crowded (it was the popular spot after the sun went down), the fire pit was a nice place to relax and get warm and dry. It was located just off the main road, an easy walk into the main strip. Close enough to the airport that I was able to spend as much time as possible there. All the guests were friendly, and it seems most were repeat visitors who had stayed at other resorts in the area, and kept coming back to Santiago. That kind of loyalty speaks volumes, and I could see why everyone kept coming back!

Nothing! This was my first visit to Palm Springs and my first stay at a resort of any kind. I have nothing to compare it to, and no complaints.
