Basic, inexpensive motel close to town. Clean and friendly.

The price was very reasonable and the location was fine. The room was clean and parking was free. Front desk staff was very friendly.

The tv didn't work in my first room so the front desk person moved me to another room right away. I wasn't able to access the wi-fi, even with the code on my room key. The jacuzzi wasn't very warm. In general, though, I felt like it was a good value and I would stay there again.

The location is fairly good.

There was a bad smell throughout the room that required me to leave the windows open all night. It smelt like cleaning fluids had been used to mask and underlying odor. It was also noisy from adjoining rooms.

What a great location!! The room was spacious and uniquely furnished which is unusual for a budget hotel. I liked the colorful exterior and room access to the pool area. It was too cold and rainy to use but coffee in the morning outside was lovely

The walls were paper thin. I could hear the people in neighboring rooms in their “intimate” moments and could hear their conversations. The hotel was far from full so I wondered why they didn’t leave an empty room between guests

The power ran out in the middle of the of the night and all the neighbors came out upset. Took at least a hour to fix. The worker blamed everyone and random kids before realizing it was just the building’s electrical. The rooms floor in two rooms were disgusting.

A good budget option in Palm Springs

Barring peak season - or the occasional biker event - this hotel is generally quiet at night. It's close to all of the good trails and canyon hikes, and a short five-minute drive to downtown.

The noise and comfort level varies from room to room. If the sound of cars coming and going keeps you up at night, I would request a room on the second floor away from the back lot.

We ended up not staying. The manager/ front desk were beyond rude. And it looked dirty walking up and entering front

Nothing, the place walking in was filthy. I asked the front desk manager if this hotel was also for short residences because it appeared that way walking up to one of the rooms it looked as if the occupant lived there. He was very upset I asked and replied “ if I was going to have that attitude, I needed to leave”. I was with my husband btw, but he was speaking to me.

The place appeared to have a dingy atmosphere, low budget. I saw the colors on the post and I didn’t even see it was a 2 star place, otherwise I wouldn’t have booked it. I was soo put off we didn’t even stay.

The price of the room was great as was the location. The staff was helpful and friendly and the room was spacious.

The property is in need of some repairs and some updating. It is fairly worn down. The down fall for me was the large cockroach that came running through the room. We packed up and immediately left.

Very old building, falling apart on every corner. Nothing seems to be taken care of. This place haven’t seen maintenance for decades. In the room there’s no even hangers or hooks for clothes. The mattress most likely saw signing of Declaration of Independence. Have to agree with stuff to arrive late (after 9pm) so they will meet you.

The hotel is in an absolutely fantastic location and is certainly comfortable enough. The staff is very friendly too. I've stayed here a couple of times an hour. It's my go-to place in town after staying in the middle of other places before.

The room showed its age. Some of the repairs seem to be sloppily done, but for the most part it's fairly well maintained.

Decent stay for budget traveler

The location was perfect for my work at the convention center, and I liked how it was set back a bit from the main road. I booked a room facing the mountains, and that would have been nice and quiet if it wasn’t for the roar of the A/C units.

Pretty run down, maintenance issues. Bedside lamps were not working, shower faucet was leaking, WIFI not working.
