Great value, very nice full standard breakfast, friendly and professional staff.

I liked the pool and jacuzzi — well lit, warm and clear water you could enjoy stars and palm tree silhouettes. The breakfast in the morning was by the pool and very nice. Get warm jacket and something to put on the iron chairs in the morning if traveling in winter because the rain makes it a bit cold and wet to sit outside.

Clean room with average amenities in a perfect Palm Springs location with great low priced rooms

The staff, front desk African American man was polite and the cleaning staff the pool was decent and the breakfast was above average

The beds, linen, pillows and needed extra blankets but the front desk provided me. It also needed better lighting and to clean the pool a bit more also you could see the painting peeling off in my room

Old doors, lumpy bed, closet rod at 6+ feet high, huge hvac unit waist high and almost in the bed, awakened one night by excessive noise from unit above at 3 am.

temp could not be set for anything other than 73' F. [I prefer 78'] In room phone didn't work. Tried to call the main line for the office from my cell - it rang then switched to 'please enter your access code'. Went to ask about the temperature. He said a maintenance person was on site - but did not respond. I was able to unplug the A/C so i was able to sleep.

The staff were friendly.

The room was dated and dirty. There was mold in the bathroom and the bathroom was tiny. The room was a landlord special with everything painted over. There was chipped paint in the bathroom and sketchy wiring in the rooms.

It's an absolutely fabulous place to stay

From start to finish. Customer service at the front desk was magnificent, absolutely fabulous. The room was big, comfortable, and so clean, and I enjoyed the easy access to our rooms from our parking spot, really good parking. I almost forgot to mention the FREE breakfast by the pool side. The food choices were mind blowing.The The location is so convenient, from ice cream to clothing, in just a few minutes away. I will make this my go-to from this trip forward.

Everything was new, attractive, in working order. Very comfortable. Lots of places for my stuff. All staff was pleasant. Good breakfast, which made a welcome difference in my stay. Free parking. Good wifi.The location is back from the street and next to a gas station for easy rental car fueling and ATM. My room was at the back of the property so i didn't hear a thing. Bathroom lighting was gorgeous. The closet had lots of hangers. Will stay here again.

Slippery bathtub, and a long reach to the upright bar for support. Had to be very careful getting out of the tub. No night light. Bathroom door designed to close on its own so it wouldn't stay open. I could clearly hear people's voices in the hallway

The breakfast was good. I think there could have been a little more variety but it was good. The pool and jacuzzi were nice as well. The staff was very polite and courteous.

Not a biggie, but for a double room with 2 beds we felt it should have more than one tiny bottle of shampoo n conditioner . . My daughter was already in the shower when she realized there wasn't any for her ..i couldn't find the maids as it was mid day so had to go to lobby and wait in a line of people 😫 ..but i would still stay here again ..i loved it ! Thank u
