Not worth the money .

The hotel is in a decent location just off the strip. The hotel is worn out and built in the 80s . Needs to be torn down

The pool area is in poor management. The hot tub jets didn’t work, concrete coming up everywhere, some of the lounge chairs are won out.

the loinge , pool & pool area were good. nice lobby

old noisy furnace in room, toilet that would not fully flush-gross, water that did not look pure- although the sign said it was good; and if we didnt want to drink tap water bottled water was $12 per- ouch. irritating charges for parking on top of paying an average of $450/night for the room ( including taxes).

Beautiful and amazing hotel in a perfect location.

The hotel is beautiful and 10 min from the downtown area. The pool and hot tub are very nice. I love the fire pits they have outside, it was so lovely to sit and relax by the fire pit in the evening.

The hot tub was not kids friendly. My two boys are calmed and well behaved and enjoy hot tubs. We still went in it with them, as nobody is supervising. There was a sign saying the hot tubs were reserved for 18 years old and up.

This hotel was expensive, uncomfortable , and an unpleasant stay.

The property was close to the Palm Springs Convention Center

I requested a room with a king size bed and pull out couch. Upon arrival, there was no pull out couch. We call to inform the front desk. We were only offered a blow up mattress. The mattress seemed well enough until it sprung a leak about 2:00 am leaving my 6’ tall son cramped on a small seating couch.

Bathroom needs remodeling, there was rust all over and flies comingoutof the sink. The mattress was very uncomfortable and I didn't sleep well for 3 days I was there.

Shower had no pressure , Big deal for me. Also the bathroom supplies were not refilled , Tissue was pretty much empty. Why is there no magnifying mirror in the bathroom ? Little things make a difference in comfort. Consistency is key for the brand name to be in the competitive world of hotels.

Great for families

The vibe and staff so friendly. The pool isn’t over crowded a good mix of adults and kids. Every thing that was needed was provided.

It could be updated our dead bolt didn’t work and missing the wire to hold drinks on the refrigerator door. The lock to balcony was very loose. My 3yr old grandson could open the door.

Okay place, expensive room service, ok drinks

The lobby is clean and smells amazing. They had complementary cocktails at check in.

They “upgraded” my room upon check in without me asking but the new room was extremely far from the elevators. I specified that even if it was a smaller room i wanted one closer. He said they were all far. My tub water stopper was broken. The pools look like they need to be re painted.

First impression entering the hotel is very good, but issues with our room made it a bad experience

Main entrance, front desk staff, bar and pool area were all very nice

The room air conditioner was very loud, and had to run almost all the time. The toilet tank leaked and had to refill every 5 minutes. Surprisingly, it could be heard over the AC. Refrigerator was also noisy. After the 1st night we asked the front desk to have someone go to the room to stop the toilet leak. It apparently was not done. These problems really detracted from the enjoyment of the property.

Given Another Chance, I Would Stay Elsewhere

The cost and location. The front desk staff was pleasant.

The air conditioning compressors are OLD and NOISY! Even a hotel engineer admitted it. I tried two rooms. Same experience. So, even in very hot weather, I turned off the AC unit. The mini-refrigerator also buzzed loudly (in the first room). Not for light sleepers. In parts of the hotel, there is a musty smell. $30.00 for parking there is a total ripoff, in my opinion.

Comfortable trip to Palm Springs

The property is conveniently located near downtown Palm Springs, and it is very easy to get to/from the airport. This was our second time at this property, and we will likely stay again. Staff is fantastic and very helpful!
