Absolutely do not stay here.

Where was a wedding at the pool. I would never make a reservation here if I knew that there will be so loud music. People were screaming next to my window. After 10pm there was still such a noise! It was a scandal. We were tired after long trip. This hotel looks on photos like charming place. It is a normal motel next to the busy street. Check in is on the parking! It is a joke. Absolutely overprice.

Great location, lovely hotel.

We loved our room here, we only stayed one night on a road trip through the US but we wished we had allowed more time for palm springs. We loved the hotel, it was so clean and the rooms were so spacious.

Awful

This property was a joke! Homeless inside, no actual restaurant, no valet, everything was do it yourself! We had an emergency right when we got there and had to go straight back home we spoke to the staff and got denied a refund even a partial refund… horrible horrible do not stay here it looks like a motel 6 I’m glad we had to go back home !!

A relaxing oasis in the heat of Palm Springs

The hotel is in a strategic location in the center of the town, the staff was super nice and ready to answer all of of our needs. The pool was amazing, perfect for a relaxing day in the heat of Palm Springs.

Loved our stay

The property is very modern, clean and comfortable. Beautifully designed. Great beds and new towels and lined, could not fault. The pool area was clean and well maintained. There is not much service around the pool but the bar and restaurant wasn’t far or a huge bother to walk over. Communication with the staff was over WhatsApp and very efficient, nothing was too hard and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

There are no wardrobes in the bedrooms, just hooks with hangers and nowhere to hang up a towel. Small detail but slightly annoying after a few days.

Great location, rooms were massive and very comfortable, well stocked and would be great if you were there for a long time. Beds were super comfortable, pool was great! Room appeared very clean when we arrived!

Upon further inspection, there were certain areas of the hotel that over our 4 days at the hotel I noticed were not cleaned. As well, the smell of the dishwasher in the room was not good. Avoided at all costs, which made me slightly concerned that it is not frequently deep cleaned.

Great for gathering with friends to celebrate.

Great place to enjoy your group of friends and/or family! It was perfect for our family, enjoyed the 2 rooms with king beds. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in town.

The pool was great! We enjoyed the views of the local mountains in the morning. Cabanas were fun for spending the whole day at the pool, and had great service!

Fantastic and Fabulous

The room was large, comfortable, modern and clean. The location was downtown and walkable too many restaurants and activities that we planned for. The restaurant was really good.

Like everything the prices especially at the pool were high, but to be expected. In our room the kitchen was nicely equipped, but missing a couple key things that would have made it perfect. There was an oven and a toaster oven, but no hot mitt so there was no way to get your food out without grabbing a bathroom towel. There was also a sink and dishes, but no kitchen towels and in the kitchen there were not a lot of plug sockets that weren't for the appliances. It would have been nice to have a couple of plugs on the island. But these are super minor details. I loved everything about this place.

Great location with a lovely pool. The two bedroom suite was quite spacious.

They weren’t able to call a taxi for us at the end of our stay. I don’t have the ride share apps on my phone, so we were on hold with two taxi companies for over 20 minutes waiting to book transportation to the airport.

The absence of any real staff - checkin was completed virtually so there was no real contact with staff. Additionally, it would have been useful to have access to a washing machine given that this. Was an apartment.

Good location but wouldn't consider property as a hotel.

Great location that's walking distance from the downtown area with lots of food and drink options nearby. Property itself was good. Very easy check-in and check-out process and friendly staff.

Not a hard negative, but the whole property felt like a multi-unit Airbnb. I don't know if I would consider this on par with a hotel, but it's close. We stayed on the bottom floor and could hear the upstairs unit walking around -- thin floors and ceilings.

Pool was extremely dirty over and towards the end of the weekend, lots of guest old plates/cups/trash around and not tidied up. Bed was very very soft.

Great vibe and concept, the rooms were well designed and spacious - we loved hanging out at the balcony with views of the pool and mountains. The food and drinks at the restaurant were top notch, and you're also in walking distance to everything in downtown. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this property again - it's perfect for a relaxing getaway. I got a unit with a kitchen and living room, which is a great space to relax in if you are coming with friends and family.
