Exactly what we needed. An oasis from busy lives, rejuvenated to get back to it.

I used to love this place. But they seem to be scraping the bottom of the barrel when it comes to staff - they also overcharged me and still haven’t responded to my messages We had to move rooms because the first room smelt of drains, the 2nd room TV didn’t work

Our time was relaxing and awesome!

My wife and I are consistent visitors at The Arrive. We love the quaint rooms with the balcony, which our dog enjoys as well. We love the vibe of the pool, the services, and the great food!

No complaints here! If we had issues or dislikes, we wouldn't stay at The Arrive.

Perfect weekend getaway with my partner & fur baby! Food was great; staff was amazing!

STAFF was AMAZING. Loved everybody there -- especially the gentleman who checked us in & was there all weekend; Aya was great; and the older gentleman who was maybe a barback who spoke spanish, cleaning up after people around the pool was also FANTASTIC! Loved taht our dog could run around freely. Drag Queen Trivia was a lot of fun. The Food was fantastic!!!!

We noticed there were a lot of people who were in the pool ALL DAY & didnt get out to use the bathroom once....

Wonderful place for a quick getaway. Got lucky and had 99° the whole stay. Everything was more than perfect.

Netflix didn’t work on the television. I didn’t even complain, but they refunded us the resort fee.

Nicely designed hotel with party vibes

Good location, easily accessible. Rooms are spacious and nicely designed.

The facilities and rooms feel a bit run down. Food in the restaurant is too basic. Cleanliness was an issue, overall. Windows are small and there is a lack of daylight in the rooms

In a nutshell, our stay always seems to end toooooo soon!

This was our 4th year staying at Arrive...and for obvious reasons. The location is away from downtown, the "adults only", the onsite restaurant, and of course, the staff.

Our bed had a "dip". We found upon flipping the mattress, the "dip" was due to the wooden slats falling of the box spring/base. We also discovered stains on the mattress pad. However, it was quickly resolved. Thank you!

Lovely boutique hotel in great location near downtown.

Quiet and relaxing hotel. Beautiful pool and lounge area. Beds very comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

Great option if you're cool with checking out at 11am. SHARP.

The pool area and restaurant were both really nice. As far as the rooms, I highly recommend getting one with a patio - it was nice to have the extra space. I liked the way the room was decorated, and the bed was very comfortable.

My stay was a 9 or 10 rating UNTIL I was told that check out was firmly 11am unless you woke up at 7am to text the front desk to enter a "lottery" to try to get later check out. Long story short, I got in at 3am the night before, ruined my sleep to wake up and send that dumb text 4 hours later, and then when I woke back up at 9:30am, learned that I hadn't even been selected for late check out. Instead, I had to pay $100, 33% of what it had cost to book the room, to extend my checkout by one hour. The lottery system compromised the level of customer service I was expecting from a property like Arrive, pity.

This was close to my 10th stay at Arrive and always my go to....the vibe is good whether you are a solo traveler, traveling with or friends, or traveling with a partner.

Good but needs better cleanliness and maintenance of facilities.

I liked the boutique/apartment style property. Room was quiet. The pool area was not too crowded, private and for adults only. Very relaxing. Beautiful room decor. There was complimentary birthday champagne and a hand written card in the room. A very wonderful surprise. Thank you!

I didn’t like the dusty AC vent above the bathroom sink flaring up my allergies and drying out my eyes. The ice bucket and the lamp by the nightstand was dusty too. Water was pooling up to my ankles in the shower and there was a drainage issue. There was a weird stain on the sheets upon arrival. Clock was also 10 min behind.

We didn’t get any room service - they said we’d get texts about it, but we never did. They probably wrote down a wrong number. Also had a pretty uncomfortable experience where a stranger was looking in through the window while I was showering - and I know it’s not the hotel’s fault, but they did absolutely nothing about it. And it was uncomfortable to be at the pool the next days wondering if it was another guest who had been watching me… They didn’t move us to a different room or even helped with getting the windows in the shower covered even though I came up really sad and reported the incident. So yeah that had a big impact on me not feeling safe in my hotel room. But it was a beautiful room and beautiful hotel!

Love staying at Arrive. Very laid back, yet chic.

The pool is chill, nice music playing and super clean. The bar/restaurant is located by the pool & the staff are very attentive and friendly. The rooms are lovely with high vaulted ceilings and very comfortable beds. This is, also, the most dog friendly hotel I’ve stayed at.

We enjoyed our stay!

If you're looking for a hotel with a great pool area, this one is definitely worth considering. During our stay, we were really impressed with the pool and sunbathing area. We were able to soak up the sun for hours on end, and the lounge chairs were incredibly comfortable. The service was also top-notch, making our pool experience even more enjoyable. On the weekends, the hotel offers a "Happy Hour" menu with discounted snacks and drinks, which was a nice touch. It added to the overall atmosphere of the pool area and made for a fun and relaxing experience. Our room was also very impressive. It was quite large and had been nicely decorated, which added to the pleasant ambiance of the hotel. The overall vibe of the hotel was fantastic, and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Three "small" things: First, the hotel offers free bikes for guests to use, but unfortunately, they cannot be reserved ahead of time. Additionally, out of the six bikes available, at least three were broken or unusable. This could be an issue for visitors looking to explore Palm Springs on two wheels. It would be great if the hotel could invest in new bikes to ensure that guests have access to this convenient amenity. Another thing to note is that the hotel only cleans your room upon request. They will send you a message in the morning asking if you would like your room cleaned, but if you have a non-Swiss phone number, you may not receive the message. Given the hotel's advertised 4-star rating on Bookings.com and the price per night, we expected daily cleaning to be automatic. It would be helpful if the hotel made this policy clearer on their website or at check-in, so guests can plan accordingly. Although we experienced an issue with an extra charge on our credit card for a "drink" we didn't consume, the hotel was very responsive and quick to address the situation. After sending an email, they promptly apologized and refunded our card the following day. While this was an inconvenience, we appreciated how efficiently and courteously they handled the mistake. Despite thess minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arrive Palm Springs and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit. The hotel offered an enjoyable and comfortable experience overall!

Great hotel and pool area

We really enjoyed this hotel! The property was private and very well kept. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The pool area was great to hang out at during the day (it was 100 degrees when we were there). Parking lot was convenient and free to park which was a plus. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is about a mile walk or $8-$10 uber from where the action starts in downtown Palm Springs (we wish it was a little closer since it was way too hot to walk during the day).

We were woken up at 8:30am from maintenance using a leaf blower ON our patio. This wouldn't have bothered us any other time of day but it woke us up as we like to sleep in on vacation. There is no door or curtain on the shower, so if you aren't staying as a couple this may be a little uncomfortable (wasn't a problem for us but something to keep in mind)

I loved the way my room was decorated. Because of the weather I couldn’t use the pool but the chairs by the fire was great. The bar was very very good not only was the drinks good but the food was also.

A microwave oven, there was no microwave, so we couldn’t heat up our left overs. And maybe a little area to put our cloths would have been nice. We stayed for 7days with 7+ bags of clothes
