Amazing time at a beautiful and friendly resort.

Location was great and the rooms were a good size. The grounds were beautiful and staff was friendly. The breakfast was good, but just took a while. But with friendly staff and guests, we were enjoying just sitting by the pool and relaxing.

The bathrooms were a little small and plumbing was an issue for almost a day in one of the buildings, but it was fixed and the rest of the stay was nice. Besides that, everything else was great and we have no other complaints.

The breakfast offerings were varied and enough choice. Lunch offerings were tasty. No dinner options, and a $30 cab ride each way to restaurants of any quality. The pool (smoking area) was kept clean and the grounds maintained.

Though the location of the room in the resort was good, the condition of the room compared to others is dated and in need of updating...tired and not very clean feeling. Upon booking, the Covid guidelines gave a sense that people were required to acknowledge vaccinations...there was no such procedure. Caught Covid while there.

Great pools, great staff

I haven't stayed at many places in Palm Springs, so I'm not sure if this is common, but I thought the layout was so unique. There were different pools and hot tubs to stumble upon and it was the type of place where you could be social with other guests.

Great place to relax, meet and play

Great service. Staff is making sure everything is perfect. First time staying at this hotel and the property has many attractions like the hot tub for 16 people and the steam room. It also has free access to a local gym.

Rooms are a little outdated, but everything works.

A stay at Busta Grande rejuvenates, invigorates and is just what I needed

I know it's Covid......and I know that limits a lot, however, for what was paid fir the room and amenities, I believe it could be better. Dinner on Saturday afternoon was excellent. Tom is a wonderful and lively host. Works hard and always makes me feel welcome. Most staff very attentive and accommodating. Not an easy feat these days

Wet areas a bit rundown. Hit tub area is in dire need of updating
