Хорошее расположение, близко к морю, есть своя небольшая парковка, вид на море, нормальная цена, нам подарили сувенирный алкоголь. Номер новый. Подойдет на 1 ночь.

Когда мы приехали заселяться (в 20:00) никто не вышел на ресепшен, по номеру телефона также не отвечали. Сотрудник ответил в букинге и вся коммуникация была там, инструкции по заселению заранее мы не получили ( хорошо что у нас был интернет, но пришлось потратить достаточно времени на это. Когда мы наконец попали внутрь и самостоятельно взяли карту с ресепшена , оказалось что это совсем другой номер. Мы снова спустились вниз и только тогда, спустя еще около 30 минут сотрудник пришел к нам, провел к нашему номеру. Оказалось, что бойлер в номере был выключен и была холодная вода. Нам сказали что он греется около получаса , но спустя часа 2 он был все еще еле теплым. Тогда нам пришлось самостоятельно разбираться, переключать бойлер самим и снова долго ждать. По итогу принять душ можно было спустя часа 4, а воспользоваться ванной только на следующий день утром. Еще один минус: воняет слив в ванной, не помогают даже постоянно открытые окна. От номера люкс ожидаешь, что таких минусов не будет.

Aussicht aus dem obersten Stock auf welchem alle Zimmer liegen. Insbesondere das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir können das Hotel nur bestens Weiterempfehlen.

Es sind zwar Hoteleigene Parkplätze vorhanden direkt vor dem Hoteleingang, aber je nach Auslastung der Zimmer kann es vorkommen, dass alle besetzt sind. Hat uns aber nicht gross gestört und nur eine einem Abend vorgekommen, wir haben in der Nähe einen öffentlichen Parkplatz gefunden.

Innanzi tutto la camera non è stata mai pulita. Non ci hanno cambiato asciugamani. Receptionist non ci sapeva aiutare o dare info. La colazione non era all'interno della struttura ma fuori come ci era stato promesso. Hanno voluto il pagamento solo in contanti, oltre tutto senza avere il resto a disposizione e senza scontrino o fattura.

L’emplacement est pas mauvais par rapport au centre de Vlore, le rapport qualité/prix est bien et le personnel disponible.

La chambre de l’hôtel est comme sur les photos mais l’extérieur … Vous êtes dans un bâtiment indépendant de l’hôtel. En gros l’hôtel a quelque chambre dans le bâtiment. Donc vous dormez dans une cité clairement 😂 le bâtiment n’est pas moderne, ascenseur de la cité, escalier de la cité bref ça perd tout le sens et la sécurité pour laquelle on va à l’hôtel. J’ai pris une douche ensuite plus d’eau chaude. Et la télé.. Les applis ne marchaient pas ! Ça m’a dépanné pour une nuit mais heureusement j’ai fait qu’une nuit.

We didn’t had internet in the room was working just in the hallway, i told the blond girl at the reception but she was very rude with as, the other brunette girl was very nice and tried to solve our problem by changing the room , they changed the room but the internet still not working , before leaving after we returned the card we ask the blond girl at the reception to let us in toilet and she didn’t, we will not come back in this hotel in future

The view from the balcony was amazing. Receptionist was helpful

The spa in the room worked but with cold water. There is a very small geyser in the room which cant even fill the spa bath up.withh hot water. Even the shower, had to have a cold shower because there was no hot water left. Also the parking is bad. We looked for parking for a whole hour. Very bad parking facilities.
