perfect venue for a vacation

-great location, sandy beach just in front of the hotel -beautiful view from the terrace and bed: the sea, the sunset, palm trees -nice breakfast -comfortable and big bed -good shower, hot water, water pressure -clean rooms, towels, shampoos -lots of restaurants nearby, and the hotel restaurant is also good

it would be nice to have a wardrobe in the room

Ok for one night

I booked this hotel for one night as we had a layover in Vlorë. Let me start with something positive: the breakfast. It was very fresh, offered a lot of variety, and it was lovely to enjoy it right in front of the sea.

The building itself seems quite old on the inside, but it has been renovated. The rooms look modern at first glance, but when it comes to functionality, I was disappointed. Bathroom: everything is very small and feels cramped. When you take a shower, the entire bathroom gets wet. Bed: if you are taller than 1.90 m, the bed will definitely feel too small, as they are quite short. I’ve stayed in many hotels where the beds were at least 2 m long. Since the hotel is located on the main street, it gets very busy and noisy at night. I would recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The elevator felt very outdated. When you are inside and someone on another floor tries to open the door, it simply stops — which made me feel quite anxious, especially since it is so small. During the night and early morning, the elevator was completely out of service, so we had to carry our luggage down from the 4th floor at checkout. As for the beach sunbeds: you either need to book them in advance with your room package or pay extra, which is fine. However, the sunbeds looked very old and uncomfortable. We ended up checking out other beach clubs nearby, and there are several much better options within walking distance.

Very good hotel with comfortable clean rooms, attentive staff and great buffet breakfast in a great central location.

The location was right opposite the beach and on the main promenade so plenty of cafe and restaurants and ideal for sitting out and watching the world go by. The hotel was very clean, trowels and bedding changed every day. The bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was very good, catering for all tastes. The Wi-Fi was good with strong signal at all times.

I booked a garden view room. This was at the back of the hotel, which was good as in the evening it could get a bit noisy, especially for the hotel/bar next door but nothing more than you would expect from a centrally located hotel. However I could not describe it as a garden view as there was no garden to speak of and the room looked out on to blocks of flats. Not necessary an ugly view but certainly not what I envisaged when expecting garden view, this is something that should be amended on the hotel description to mange expectations.

Great place overall but the lack of hot water in a 86 euro per high room is not acceptable

The location is perfect, and the room is comfortable, it’s dark and the bed is great for sleep.

It lacked hot water at 7:30 pm when all the clients came back from the beach to have a shower. That was a bad experience.

The Hotel booked the rate 2 times and I was not able to get in contact with them again. They promised to give me credit, but that was not the case and I am still waiting for my money (90 EUR)...

More then less a nice place to be anyway

The hotel is nice, at the beach and near by the center. The room is clean and comfortable.

The staff of the restaurant seems not motivated. They didn‘t bring away the plates and they never asked if you want something else to drink. You had to ask all the time and they didn‘t really react on your question. Very incompetent!

Die Lage war super, sehr zentral. Das Frühstück war auch gut, vor allem auch der Ausblick aufs Meer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Als es uns nicht gut ging, hat das Personal sofort gehandelt und uns geholfen. Sehr gastfreundlich

Sehr enttäuschend

Mir wurden private Sachen geklaut. Als wir die Rezeptionistin und Putzfrauen darauf angesprochen haben wurden wir beleidigt. Wir haben Parkiert wo uns die Mitarbeiter versichert haben es würde keine Probleme geben, 2 Tage später bekamen wir eine Buse 20 Euro.

Välstädat, centralt, hör ej grannar, modernt, tyst ac, bra frukost, gratis solstol

Ljud från gatan, men det visste vi då vi medvetet valde ut mot gatan, en palm vägen när solen gick ned och var röd, juicen tog slut innan frukost var slut, inte alltid man fick solstol, flertal reserverades på morgonen sen kom gästerna timmar senare
