It's great for its price, but the room was pretty small. Great staff, great view, very nice location

The staff were amazing, super friendly and always willing to help. The balcony and the view from it were amazing. The bathroom was good and matched the description. The price was managable and the location is spectacular. The breakfast was ok, but a bit repetitive.

The room was smaller than I expected from photos. The cleaning was not ideal - they changed the sheets and towels everyday, took garbage out everyday as well, but they didn't sweep the floor at all when we stayed (except one time when we broke the glass and the front desk person came in to sweep). The fridge was incosistent - sometimes it didn't cool the drinks at all, sometimes it froze my Cola. Not enough sockets in the room - one near the bed, one in the bathroom.

Friendly Staff

He was the friendliest and most helpful receptionist I met during my entire trip. I truly thank him! The rooms are spotless, the location is excellent and there are plenty of nearby restaurants where you can enjoy both traditional Albanian cuisine and fresh seafood... What more could you ask for? :) I do recommend booking a room with a sea view. Wishing everyone a great holiday!

We had a horrible stay at this hotel, only advantage is its location.

Only thing good about the hotel is it's location

The room we received didn't match the pictures on the room category booked. The room we received is much smaller than the room in the pictures we booked, we don't even have enough space to walk in the room or open our luggages. The room we received doesn't have bedside tables or chair. Room service doesn't even clean the coffee cups used or empty ashtray. And water heater has limited amount of hot water once finished only option is cold water and it stopped working in our last day and the AC was dropping water.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every corner was spotless, and the rooms were fresh and well-maintained throughout my stay. It’s clear that attention to detail is a top priority here. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Warm, Comfortable and Impeccable Service

We had such a fantastic stay here – everything was thoughtfully arranged and beautifully maintained. The room was clean, cozy and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you could need. The location was ideal. The hosts were warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. Overall, this place offers excellent value for money. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A wonderful experience

I had a great stay at Vala Boutique Hotel. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect, right on the first line of the promenade. Having a garage included was a huge plus, making parking super convenient.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, on the boulevard with a lot of bars and restaurants. Nice clean room with air conditioning, TV, fridge, wifi and balcony with view on the sea. Excellent service and breakfast!

Disappointing

Friendly staff.

Liars! We contacted them beforehand to ask if the parking was guaranteed at the hotel. They reassured us that it was. When we arrived there, there was no parking, but the hotel manager took us in some suspicious neighborhood quite far from the hotel. This is not what I call guaranteed parking. I had to pay an extra 1000 Lek at a private parking at night. Very disappointed. ------- Genjeshtare! E kontaktuam hotelin para se te rezervonim, per ti pyetur nese parkimi eshte i garantuar. Hoteli na siguroi qe eshte i garantuar. Kur arritem, nuk kishte fare parking, por menaxheri i hotelit na coi ne nje lagje larg hotelit. Une nuk e quaj parkim te garantuar kete. Naten, na u desh te paguanim 1000 leke (te reja) per te parkuar makinen ne nje parking privat. Jam shume i zhgenjyer.
