Keslin Premium Seaside Apartments

Die FeWo war im 3. Stock eines großen Gebäudekomplexes (mit Aufzug) direkt an der Strandpromenade mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir hatten 2 Wohnungen gebucht. Die Ausstattung war gut. Küche, Herd, Kühlschrank, Wohnzimmer, alles da und ausreichend groß. Da bei der Buchung eine andere Adresse angegeben war gehe ich davon aus, dass der Anbieter mehrere Wohnungen vermietet. Der Self-Checkin hat gut geklappt mit Videoanleitung etc. Parken war auf der Straße vor dem Wohnkomplex möglich. Wir waren Anfang Oktober und haben für die Nacht 63 Euro bezahlt. Im August zahlt man ein vielfaches, das wäre mir zu viel. Ob der Lage muss man sich im Klaren sein, dass es nachts sehr laut ist, auch in der Nebensaison. Dafür kann der Anbieter natürlich nichts. Ohropax sind von Vorteil. Es waren ausreichend Handtücher und warme Bettwäche vorhanden, was nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Die Suiten im 5. Stock sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr gut mit Blick auf die Strandpromenade die man von den Balkonen genießen kann

Der Zugang in die Suiten über einen Hinterhofeingang kann mit den attraktiven Zimmern nicht mithalten. Die Standortbeschreibung mittels Koordinaten war selbst für Taxifahrer schwierig zu finden.

Die Lage mitten an der Promenade mit den vielen Restaurants und dem Blick auf die Bucht ist sehr schön

Leider kam es aus den Abflüssen im Bad zu Gerüchen, die manchmal unangenehm waren. Deshalb nur 9/10

The location in front of the sea, the shower, big TV and the bed is comfortable.

The property doesn’t look like the pictures in booking, the apartment is much smaller. Space and storage are an issue. There’s one small closet to store everything, no place for suitcases, bathroom has no hooks to hang towels, wash basin is small with no place for toiletries. The apartment is above busy restaurants and bars. There’s music, fireworks and noise until midnight or 1am every night. The breakfast is very limited, no fruit or juices included and served in the bar below the apartment. One day the kitchen wasn’t working so we didn’t eat, they refused to give other types of fresh breakfast like fruit, cheeses or yogurt. Personnel was inflexible and almost no English. There are 4 apartments in the building. Some bigger than others. The photos give a deceptive impression that you are staying in a much bigger apartment with a bath. Normally when you book an apartment in an apartment block, booking tells you which apartment nr, dimensions in m2, specific photos of the property you book, etc. When we got there, we were surprised the apartment was nothing like the pictures, no bath, barely space between the bed and the bathroom to walk around. The price compared to other properties in the area was also much higher, with breakfast we ended up paying 150€ per night. For Vlore, that is a steep price and for us not worth it. For the same price you can find much better quality and accommodation.
