L’appartement est moderne et contient tous les équipements nécessaires. Malgré la rue vivante juste en dessous de l’appartement, l’isolation sonore est optimale. La vue est magnifique et le logement est extrêmement bien situé. L’hôte était réactif par message et le Check-in ainsi que le Check-out se font sans problème grâce à un système de code et de carte communiqué par l’hôte avant notre arrivée.

Les rideaux pourraient être plus occultant afin de ne pas être dérangé par la lumière du balcon des voisins ou la lumière du jour tôt le matin. Il manquerait également un étendoir sur le balcon pour faire sécher les habits de plage mouillés. Les odeurs des canalisations avaient probablement un problème au vu de l’odeur que celles-ci dégageaient dans la salle de bains. Il est également dommage que l’entrée de l’immeuble donne sur une arrière-court avec des locaux désaffectés. Cependant, cela n’a en rien changé le séjour global.

The location in front of the sea, the shower, big TV and the bed is comfortable.

The property doesn’t look like the pictures in booking, the apartment is much smaller. Space and storage are an issue. There’s one small closet to store everything, no place for suitcases, bathroom has no hooks to hang towels, wash basin is small with no place for toiletries. The apartment is above busy restaurants and bars. There’s music, fireworks and noise until midnight or 1am every night. The breakfast is very limited, no fruit or juices included and served in the bar below the apartment. One day the kitchen wasn’t working so we didn’t eat, they refused to give other types of fresh breakfast like fruit, cheeses or yogurt. Personnel was inflexible and almost no English. There are 4 apartments in the building. Some bigger than others. The photos give a deceptive impression that you are staying in a much bigger apartment with a bath. Normally when you book an apartment in an apartment block, booking tells you which apartment nr, dimensions in m2, specific photos of the property you book, etc. When we got there, we were surprised the apartment was nothing like the pictures, no bath, barely space between the bed and the bathroom to walk around. The price compared to other properties in the area was also much higher, with breakfast we ended up paying 150€ per night. For Vlore, that is a steep price and for us not worth it. For the same price you can find much better quality and accommodation.
