Luxurious hotel with potential to improve

The rooms are beautiful, well decorated. Absolutely amazing view from the balcony and bathroom. Definetely deserves the name "luxury". Free parking included. In general, we enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom has so much potential but several things were not great. First: The bathtub didn't have a curtain or glass. You either have to option to shower while sitting (very strange) or flood the bathroom. Second: Hot water ran out after 15-20 of minutes, so if two people want to shower, you have to be quick; if you want to take a bath, we couldn't fill it completely with hot water. Apart from that, the internet didn't work for almost a whole day which was a bit annoying. Also, the waiter forgot our order on the beach, and the beach is not why you should come here. Location is a bit far from the city, so you either pay for a taxi or walk. That all sounds a bit negative, it was still a good experience.

Fijn verblijf aan de rand van Vlore. Zandstrand bij Yacht beachclub is op prima loop afstand.

Mooie kamer/appartement. Heerlijk uitzicht op zee. We hadden appartement 14. Auto kan in de parkeergarage en dat is prima. We zaten daardoor niet aan de weg maar verder naar achter waardoor het lekker rustig was. Restaurant had heerlijke ontbijt en lunches. Avondeten zal ook prima zijn maar hebben wij daar niet gedaan. Bushalte op 5 min lopen. Voor 0,40 per persoon naar centrum Vlore.

Vrij steile klim naar boven. Zwembad is tegen betaling. Strand dat erbij hoort is kiezels en de bedjes waren er niet toen wij er waren.

For a hotel that calls itself “luxury,” the stay was disappointing.

Overall, my stay was quite underwhelming. For a hotel that presents itself as “luxury,” it unfortunately falls short in several areas. The room was very small and not well designed, with no bedside table or lamp. Although there was instant coffee provided, there was no kettle or machine to prepare it. The TV had no reception, and getting hot water under the shower took a long time. The pool came with an extra charge and had rather inconvenient opening hours. The path to the rooms was muddy, making it difficult to manage with luggage. Considering the high price, the value for money simply wasn’t there.

La publicité mensongère (pas de piscine alors qu’elle y est dans les critères, pas de plage privé, 5 pauvres places en double file en guise de parking, personnel pas aimable, chambre et équipement sales, pas de bonne qualité alors que l’été est sensé être neuf, pas de pression dans la douche, pas insonorisé, restaurant vraiment pas exceptionnel

Les équipements que l’on s’attend à trouver dans un appartement pour pouvoir manger n’y étaient pas. Un seul faitout - un peu de vaisselle - une bouilloire très sale - 2 mugs pour 3. - pas de torchon - une table à manger bancale La partie de plage réservée pour les résidents est pour ainsi dire une bande de sable de la largeur d’un transat. Apparemment il faut se lever tôt pour avoir une place !

Appartement superbe mais plage et accès décevants

L’appartement est vraiment spacieux, moderne, neuf et très bien agencé. Tout est pensé pour le confort et le séjour est très agréable, on s’y sent bien immédiatement.

En revanche, plusieurs points sont à savoir avant de réserver : la plage de l’hôtel est quasiment inexistante (seulement quelques transats pour des dizaines d’appartements, installés directement les pieds dans l’eau sans réel espace de sable). Vous pouvez aller à d’autres plages en ville mais à environ 2km. L’accès aux appartements se fait par plus de 75 marches assez raides, ce qui peut être fatigant. De plus, la piscine visible sur certaines photos ne fait pas partie de l’hôtel : il faut payer 15 € par personne pour y accéder. Enfin, l’établissement est situé à environ 2–3 km du centre de Vlorë, ce qui nécessite de prendre la voiture ou un taxi pour sortir ou marcher au moins 30-40 minutes…

No pool insitu - Not toddler/elderly friendly

Very comfortable beds and linen, spacious, nice view.

The pool in the photos is not part of the property and you need to pay for it, which wouldn’t be an issue by itself but I think is misleading to say it has a pool. Said pool is not small child friendly. I booked a place with a washing machine on purpose because with a small child at the end of our trip I knew I needed it. Our suite’s was broken and the solution they offered was to wash my clothes in another suite. The staff seems little or not interested in helping me (a woman) when I came to ask about a car issue we were having with our rental, while they had a totally different behaviour when my husband when to ask the same thing. This might be cultural but I didn’t appreciate it. The drain in the bathtub had hair in it. The property is on a hill and having a toddler and an older person with us was complicated to come up and down. This is not necessarily an issue but just something to consider if you are in the same situation. We often found cars parked in front of our suite’s entrance making it difficult to come out. Bel emplacement et bon service mais descriptif a revoir

L’emplacement au calme au bout de la ville et à proximité de bons restaurants. La vue sur mer sympa mais pas exactement comme sur les photos. Des serviettes de plages propres mis à disposition tous les jours. La gentillesse de la directrice. Le personnel globalement aux petits soins et très disponibles pour nous.

Le descriptif du logement et les photos qui ne correspondent pas. En effet nous nous attendions à avoir un coin salon car toutes les photos montraient un canapé. Or, il y a simplement 2 chambres, une salle de bain et l’entrée avec une kitchinette. De plus le logement est annoncé pour 65m2 mais il fait 50m2 maximum. Losrque j’ai demandé à la femme qui était présente en soirée s’il n’y avait pas une erreur elle m’a répondu avec un air condescendant qu’il s’agissait de photos standards pour tous les logements et que le « seating area » du descriptif correspondait à la minuscule table haute et les 2 chaises dans la kitchenette. Peu d’équipement dans la cuisine (pas de micro ondes par exemple). Pas fan non plus de la salle de bain sans parois de douche.

Utsikten. Høy standard på leiligheten. Personalets innstilling og hjelpsomhet. Om det var noe vi lurte på eller trengte fikset personalet dette. God plass til familie på fem. Leiligheten hadde 2 etasjer. Stue/kjøkken og balkong i 1. etasje. 2 soverom i 2. etasje. Ekstraseng til minstemann. Et bad i hver etasje. Fantastisk utsikt fra master-soverommet og balkong.

Vi hadde det veldig bra. Det beste stedet vi besøkte i Albania.

Bildene stemmer ikke overens. Privat strand finnes ikke, det er en brygge. Bølgene kommer opp til bryggen. Vi fikk 4 senger, og er 5 personer. Senga knakk og jeg skadet ryggen min. Manlget håndklær- måtte spørre om det hver gang. Rengjøring er å skylle koppene-manglet dynet og laken. Hadde bestilt ekstra seng, men fikk først beskjed om at de ikke hadde. Vi hadde betalt ekstra for dem. Den knakk, de skulle fikse den, bl aldri gjort. Vår sønn måtte ligge på gulvet. Internett fungerer dårlig. Rekkverket på verandaen er løst, og vi er i 5 etasje. Det er fugle reir på verandaen. Menyen er ikke alltid komplett, og man får ikke alltid det man har bestilt, og maten kommer ikke likt. Måtte vente to timer ved frokost.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, leider war es á la carte , kein Buffet, nicht inkludiert, man muss es zusätzlich zahlen. Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht und freundlich. Schöne, neue Appartements.

Preis für albanische Verhältnisse sehr hoch. Pool gehört anderem Betreiber und gehört nicht zu der Unterkunft. Nur gegen Gebühr nutzbar. Was uns am meisten gestört hat war dass 2 Vögel in einem viel zu kleinen Käfig gehalten werden, als Touristenattraktion. Der Käfig wird sogar stundenlang, täglich in die pralle Sonne gestellt. Wir haben den Chef auf die Tierqüalerei angesprochen, er hatte nicht wirklich ein offenes Ohr dafür, vermutlich ist das in Albanien normal!! Wäre die traurige Geschichte mit den Vögeln nicht, so hätten wir zwischen 8 und 9 bewertet.

Breathtaking sunset views

The absolute best sunsets views from our unit, suite #9. It was a beautiful duplex with everything a family or group needs to enjoy a nice stay. Nice location away from the large groups. This was one favorite places during our Albania trip.

You have to pay extra for the pool club, but you have two options. We didn’t even go to the pool as we enjoyed surrounding beaches instead. Loud DJ party one Saturday. Not sure if its every Saturday or not.

I would definitely go back.

I loved how nice, clean and spacious the rooms were. The view from the main bedroom was exceptional and the bed was very comfortable! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Lola was such a lovely host; she even helped me print some documents I needed urgently. Highly recommended. Would definitely go back!

It is not that I mind that, but for some people the small path that brings you to your room might not be very comfortable, especially if you are carrying your luggage. The staff helped us with the luggage, which made it easier for us.
