The swimming pool was nice and relaxing. The staff were always helpful and ready to serve. The view from the restaurant was amazinggg! The food was okay!

The breakfast was mediocre and lacked a lot of ingredients, also didnt taste fresh. The hot shower could be used by one person, and it would immediately run out of hot water for the second person.

Reasonably priced hotel with good breakfast included and great views from the pool and restaurant.

We had the deluxe room with sea view (room 111) and we’re happy with the size and comfort of the room. The view of the sea is quite interrupted, but we will enjoyed a wind on the balcony each night. Lovely cold air conditioning. Included breakfast which was fine, freshly made coffee was good, and the girl serving each day was very attentive. Great pool views and plenty of sun lounges. View from the restaurant at sunset is special.

We dined at the restaurant the first night and were very impressed with the quality and taste of food. Unfortunately we were not pleased on the second night, the service was very poor and a completely different experience from the first.. we had to ask for our drinks 3 times and our starter was completely forgotten (bruschetta). The entree of shrimp was a different size and quality both nights, as were the mains. 3 staff fussed over a larger group that were seated much after us, yet they were served drinks and food before us and without having to be asked several times for service. We didn’t dine there again the remaining 2 nights. Our room had a terrible smell from the air conditioning when first started, but it was gone after half an hour. Decor could use a freshen up perhaps as well to help with musty room smell as you enter as well.

Beautiful location, amazing scenery, friendly staff & chef

Scenery was amazing from pool area abd it’s a lovely comfortable area to sit in too, staff were so friendly and happy to accommodate any requests we had, food was delicious and fresh fish everyday.

It is up on a hill so if you have any mobility issues you would need a car or cab

Great stay - the staff made it better

Room's view was pretty, of the ocean and pool. The breakfast was very complete and brought to your table by the nicest staff. The staff to carry your bags to the room and also that is usually found around the hotel was very nice as well. Always present and helping. Had a very nice stay.

The shampoo and soaps weren't that good quality. Style is a bit outdated, signs are a bit old. And if they painted the little fountain from the pool from red to like white, it would look so much better and less old-style.

One positive thing was that the young people working at the restaurant and the pool area were very helpful and genuinely kind

We stayed at this hotel for five days and it was very disappointing the internet didn’t work despite multiple complaints to the owner nothing was done we were moved to another room but the issue stayed the same the first room had ants which was unhygienic the bathroom had no light and despite asking several times it wasn’t fixed we had to manage without it for the entire stay while some staff members were nice the owner was unprofessional and ignored our complaints he didn’t take responsibility for anything and didn’t care about the guests’ experience the hotel is not worth the price we paid there are much better options nearby that are cleaner cheaper and have better service we will not return and we can’t recommend this hotel to anyone it was a very disappointing stay overall

Great value for money stay

What I liked: GREAT value for money Clean, polite and nice staff, very comfortable bed, good location, free car parking. What I disliked: bathroom window doesn’t close properly - hot water (1 night out 3) kinda finished. One person could take shower then it’s wasn’t available afterwards. All in all, I would recommend the place.

Cannot recommend

Our room wasn't clean, we had ants in the bed, the shower didn't drain, we sweated every night because the air conditioning didn't work well and there was no WiFi reception in our room either. The staff and manager were not helpful. We were promised after the first night that the cleanliness and the ants would definitely be taken care of, but nothing happened.

Just the breakfast, even the breakfast cups where not clean

I didn’t enjoy the property in many ways, one of which is because the toilet was dirty from the first day, when I told a receptionist the housekeeper who accompanied me told me there was a brush to wash the toilet like how do I wash a toilet that I haven’t used. Secondly, the bathroom was blocked, as I shower the bathroom becomes very full, the water doesn’t go away I reported to the receptionist and nothing was done about it, no form of remorse just normal response. Thirdly,The room was said to be sea view and pool view, yes we got the pool view but it wasn’t sea view it was kitchen view. Lastly, they attached bathrobes as one of their essentials but it wasn’t included and they couldn’t tell why it wasn’t even after being asked. Their customer service is the poorest I have ever witnessed they need to do better.

Basically nothing was right - from service, breakfast, the facility as well as the location.

The room was spacious, the view from the balcony was perfect and breakfast was good

I wish they had some type of transportation to the city line electric bikes or scooters for rent in the facility. It was difficult to go to the city by car. It is not too far to use a car but not too near to walk.

Great place to return to, but now slightly overpriced.

We have been visiting Le Palazzine for a number of times, and we have always stayed in the same room, which is spacious, airy and with a great terrace. It is very comfortable. The restaurant of the hotel is an exceptional terrace with amazing views of the sea, with great staff!

Prices have gone up! Notwithstanding the fact that we went this time in a middle of the tourist season, the rate of the room has hone up by more than twice since our previous stay (in October last year). At the same time, facility and services have remained the same. There is no safe in the room (nor there is one at the reception); there are no coffee making facilities in the room, which in my view should be a must as the room charge was 120 Euro a night for a double occupancy. Also, the breakfast offer would need to be improved.
