Is always a pleasure to visit this hotel, i booked for my parents because they like the location, the staff is very polite, the rooms are comfortable and clean. This isn’t our first time visiting. They serve a rich breakfast and full of fresh fruits, dairy, etc

in appearance everything is fine, good location near the sea and this is the very beginning of the promenade. great view, delicious breakfast. nice staff at the bar.

but, the rooms do not have mosquito nets, and if you want to listen to the sound of the sea, then get ready for mosquitoes. there are no glasses in the room, if you want to drink water, you will have to take them from the bar. no hand soap, only shampoo and shower gel. no rug under feet after a shower, old broken plumbing. in a double room one hook for towels. no place to dry beach clothes. no water in the minibar. we stayed in the hotel for two days, there was no cleaning and no one offered. and the most unpleasant thing, the receptionist, showed us the wrong bus station address for a trip to another city. and we lost time and energy looking for the station anew. if you don’t know, you can say “I don’t know”.

When choosing a hotel, feel free to walk by, as a lot of disappointments and surprises will await you, for example, the hotel will throw a party until 12 at night, on the 0 floor and you will be accommodated immediately above them, and no one will warn you in advance that "we have a party here, and if you are tired of the road, you better choose another hotel, since we have all other floors occupied "You will be promised that it will be until 23, but no one will keep his word. In addition to the party, expect that you will be given any but not the same number and not with the conditions that you booked. For example, you will have a sea view overlooking a technical building. Howling boldly pass by.

Very kind staff, clean, spatious room, available private parking. On walking distance to the promenade, bars and restaurants and city beach.

Lovely family run hotel!

We visited this beautiful hotel in June 2021 after watching David Hoffman’s youtube videos on Albania😊we were very happy that we picked this hotel! Location is superb, rooms are nice and specious, amazing view of the sea, wonderful service and very friendly and helpful stuff!

Location was really good and staff were nice

Shower was damaged and filled all the bathroom with water. In windy nights there is so much noise that you can’t sleep. Should have a better window system.
