Correct pour une nuit.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel. Le personnel est sympathique. Possibilité de se garer sur place. La vue sur la baie depuis la chambre est très jolie. Accès à la plage compris. Petit déjeuner correct.

La chambre que nous avons occupée à besoin de rénovation (peinture, sol, fermer le trou des câbles pour la tv, etc.). La porte est compliquée à ouvrir de l'intérieur de la chambre. La partie bloquant le verrou sur le cadre de la porte est fissuré et risque de casser à tout moment. La porte semble également déjà avoir été forcée de l'extérieur. Pour un 4 étoiles on s'attend à avoir une chambre impeccable ce qui n'a malheureusement pas été le cas.

Der Aufenthalt war ok wurde aber durch die beschriebenen Probleme negativ beeinträchtigt.

Die Lage des Hotels am Ende der Promenade war sehr gut. Man ist nicht von lauter Hotels umgeben und daher ist es relativ ruhig. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Andere Hotels könnten sich daran ein Beispiel nehmen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und herzlich.

Das WLAN auf dem Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Man ist phasenweise gezwungen sich auf den Flur oder in die Lobby zu begeben. Die Situation auf dem Hotelparkplatz ist albanisch chaotisch. Trotz Angestellten für den Parplatz wird in zweiter und dritter Reihe geparkt und nicht dagegen vorgegangen Hier bedarf es echt einer Änderung.

Hotel met potentie maar voor ons niet meer.

De locatie aan het begin van de boulevard, kamer was vrij ruim en het hotel heeft potentie. Parkeren mogelijk bij het hotel.

Onderhoud van de ruimtes, hospitallity, er kan geen vriendelijk woord van het personeel af. Douche kapot, water loopt niet af in de wasbak. Toiletrolhouder stuk, water loopt onder de douchewand door want de kitrand is klaar. Overal beschadigingen in de vloer. Wat ons betreft totaal geen 4 sterren waard en zeker de prijs niet al heeft het zeker gezien de ligging potentie maar het heeft echt aandacht nodig.

Is always a pleasure to visit this hotel, i booked for my parents because they like the location, the staff is very polite, the rooms are comfortable and clean. This isn’t our first time visiting. They serve a rich breakfast and full of fresh fruits, dairy, etc

- Hôtel très bien placé, devant la promenade piétonne et la mer. - Belle terrasse ombragée et calme - Accès au centre ville à pied. - Petit dej moyen, 1 seule boisson par personne, café double à payer.

- Eau non potable et pas de bouteille d'eau minérale disponible dans les chambres. - Personnel du restaurant pas aimable et non professionnel. la seule personne aimable dans l'établissement a été la femme de ménage de l'étage - pas de wifi dans les chambres, uniquement dans les couloirs de l' hôtel -cadre du lit trop grand par rapport à la surface de la chambre et anguleux donc on s'est cogné fréquemment dans les angles.
