Editorial location and private. Amazing views of Lake Como. Owners were lovely

It was only really made for a couple (which we weren’t) and that didn’t come through in its advertising. So one of us slept on a couch bed and the other in a bedroom. And the toilet was through the bedroom

One of the best apartments visited when traveling with an amazing view and a wonderful owner!

Amazing location, apartments are modernly renovated, neat, clean, each room has separate AC. The view from the window is amazing, there are many common spaces that can be used by everyone according to their needs. A wonderful view while having breakfast on the outdoor terrace. For breakfast, it is possible to choose dishes for everyone according to their needs, the food is very tasty. The owner of the apartment was very surprising, I have never met a person who cares so much about the people staying in his apartment. When problems arose, the owner always found a way out, helped, and gave a lot of his personal time! We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to others!

Magnifique panorama sur le lac de Come

Au bout d’une voie très pentue, agréable maison avec très beau panorama sur le lac de Come. Chambres spacieuses, jolie décoration, coin repas avec frigo et cafetière. Petit déjeuner copieux. Accueil un peu crispé mais wilfried est très sympathique et serviable.

Λίγα χιλιόμετρα από το Bellagio. Μόλις φτάσεις και δεις τον πεντακάθαρο και απίστευτα περιποιημένο χώρο, με την κορυφαία θέα στη λίμνη, στη Varenna κλπ, που είναι απέναντι, έχεις ένα πρόβλημα: δεν θέλεις να φύγεις από εκεί! Όταν δεις και το δωμάτιο, τότε είναι που μαγνητιζεσαι από την υψηλή αισθητική και τη λειτουργικότητα του! Δεν μπορώ να μην αναφέρω το ξύλινο πάτωμα, που είχα πολύ καιρό να δω σε δωμάτιο διακοπών! Όλα ήταν άριστα και λειτουργικά στο δωμάτιο και σε όλους τους εξωτερικούς χώρους. Το πρωινό σερβίρεται στον κήπο με την αξεπέραστη θέα, αν το επιτρέπει ο καιρός. Η επιλογή των προσφερόμενων ειδών γίνεται από το προηγούμενο βράδυ και είναι όλα νόστιμα. Πρέπει να έχετε δικό σας μεταφορικό μέσον, για να φτάσετε εκεί. Το πάρκινγκ είναι δωρεάν, μέσα στο χώρο. Αν ξαναπάω στην περιοχή, είναι απόλυτα σίγουρο ότι θα ξαναμείνουμε εκεί!!!

Magnifique endroit de ressourcement

Guest house au calme avec une vue exceptionnelle. Will est au petit soin et très présent pour conseiller. Jolie chambre spacieuse très fonctionnelle. Délicieux petit déjeuner mais simple. Vraiment très bien 👍.

Il faut juste être conscient qu’il faut tjs utiliser votre voiture. Pas de restaurant à proximité immédiate. Pas de télévision.

Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad. Het is een plek om lekker tot rust te komen.

De ligging. Het uitzicht over het meer is fantastisch. Wij hadden een kamer met balkon (aan de achterzijde) en dat was heerlijk. Wilfried is een goede gastheer en maakt het je echt naar je zin en geeft desgevraagd leuke (eet)tips

Aan de accommodatie mankeert niks, je moet alleen altijd de auto pakken om ergens naartoe te gaan. De B&B ligt op 700 meter hoog. Civenna is geen toeristisch stadje.

Gustowna i wygodna willa w pięknym otoczeniu

Dom z pięknym ogrodem i widokiem na góry i jezioro. Bardzo gustowie urządzony. Dużo miejsca w ogrodzie na odpoczynek. Dostępne dla gości leżaki i inne meble ogrodowe. Pyszne śniadania na świeżym powietrzu przygotowane przez właściciela. Spacerkiem można dojść do miasteczka , gdzie są sklepy o restauracja.

Akurat nasz pokój miał bardzo mały taras i widok głównie na ogród.

Kein Deluxe, aber alles in allem empfehlenswert und keine falsche Entscheidung

Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf den See, wenn man draußen sitzen/frühstücken konnte. Alles noch neu, da der Betrieb erst vor kurzem aufgenommen wurde. Gutes Frühstück mit Auswahl am Abend vorher. Eierspeisen Rührei, Spiegelei, Omelett werden frisch zubereitet. Herzlicher Gastgeber und die Tipps waren durch die Bank hilfreich. Badezimmer mit bodengleicher, großzügiger Dusche. M

Deluxe- Doppelzimmer ist etwas zu hoch gegriffen und etwas dunkel. Wir hatten etwas mehr erwartet, aber es war immer noch im Rahmen, halt am unteren Ende der Skala ( der Erwartung) und leider sehr wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten. Nur eine Garderobenstange mit 2 Ablagen, je ein Brettchen als Nachttisch, so dass wir alles im Koffer gelassen haben. Überrascht waren wir, dass es keinen Fernseher gab, auch nicht im Gemeinschaftsraum. Ist auch nicht in der Beschreibung angegeben. Alles korrekt, aber doch überraschend. Die Zufahrt hat noch ziemliche Schlaglöcher, was aber sicher über kurz oder lang noch verbessert wird

La villa d'Alba est idéalement placée pour toutes les visites du lac de Côme. La vue est splendide et Bellagio est à quelques minutes en voiture. Un grand Merci à nos hôtes Tatiana et Wilfried qui nous ont permis de passer un très bon séjour. A refaire sans hésiter

Traumhafter Blick auf den See, sowohl von der Terasse als auch vom Zimmer, modernes Bad, sehr bequemes Bett, super nette Vermieter. Durch die Hanglage gibt es einige Treppenstufen zu bewältigen aber das hält fit, für Personen mit eingeschränkter Bewegungsfähigkeit aber eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Un dezavantaj poate fi ca poți ajunge doar cu mașina, dar asta nu scade cu nimic valoarea locației.

Gostámos muito do pequeno-almoço no jardim com vista para o lago. Zona muito tranquila, o silêncio e paz são incríveis.

Não havia forma eficaz de bloquear a luz no quarto, pois apesar dos blackouts nas janelas, vem muita luz da clarabóia da casa de banho.

Guest house comme on les aime ! Très bon accueil, chaleureux et serviable de Wilfried. Emplacement au calme avec une vue superbe sur le lac ( les photos ne reflètent pas la beauté de la vue, encore plus belle....) Nous avons séjourné dans la suite Bellagio, confort de la literie et du linge de maison bien choisi. Salle de bain agréable et fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est bon, a prendre sur la terrasse les jours de beau temps. Beaucoup de bons conseils pour les visites, Wilfried connait bien la région et a su nous proposer des itinéraires personnalisés en fonction de nos envies.

Ein Absolutes Ruhepool. Gastgeber sind sehr zurückhaltend dennoch haben immer ein offenes Ohr für persönliche Wünsche. Auch die ins Gespräch bezogene Ausflugsziele sollte mann nicht außer Acht lassen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben es genossen. Es wird deutsch gesprochen aber ein geschultes Englisch ist auch vorhanden. Auch die Ostereier kommen nicht zu kurz.. Es wird auch in der Russischen Sprache kommuniziert Eins muss man an der Stelle erwähnen. Man̈ solte Mobil sein um es in allen umpfängen genießen zu können. Frühstück auf Bestellung Allacart. Heute vorbestellen, morgen frisch serviert. Selbst die Uhrzeit steht ein zu Wahl. Top! WLAN in TOP Qualität steht zu Verfügung. Es gibt keine TV Empfänger zur Verfügung, was die Unterkunft absolut nicht schmälern sollte, dafür gibt es unglaubliche Ausblicke, und das schon zum Frühstück. Wir danken den Gastgebern für die gute Zeit.

Vielleicht die vielen Treppen, aber, dafür diese Traumhafte Ausblicke genießen zu dürfen, ist es mehr als eine Entscheidung. Wie schon beschrieben, meckern auf hohem Niveau! Nur zur Verständnis, Parzelle ist am Berghang und mit dazugehörigen Umständen zu begehen.
