We had a balcony room. I would be sure to ask for that.

You need to have a car to stay at this hotel. For us it was perfect as it had free parking above the mountain from Bellagio. The views from the hotel in the daytime and at night are spectacular. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. It definitely is a good value for the cost.

a charming place to stay at Lake Como

I stayed at Hotel Mirabeau during my trip to Lake Como and it couldn’t have been lovelier. The place has a kind of cozy atmosphere where you instantly feel welcome. The terrace was beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring, which made my stay feel even more personal. If you’re looking for a stay that feels like home, with charm and a beautiful setting, this is it! 🫶

Very dated. No wifi, no coffee or tea making facilities, bathroom door didn’t close, shower didn’t drain properly and bed was too short. It also cost €40 for a taxi to Bellagio so unless you had a car you were stuck.

Amazing views and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

The staff were really lovely. Welcomed us even though we were early, let us sit all night over a couple of glasses of wine - couldn’t have been nicer. View from our room was out over the route of the Italy cycle race so could watch motorbikes and cycles passing all day - fab!!!

The hotel is a little run down although it is really clean it just needs a bit of a revamp.

Exceptional

We ate excellently pizza on the panoramic terrace overlooking the Lake. My daughters were able to have fun in the large equipped park made available to customers. There was a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by greenery. The breakfast was very abundant, rich in food and with no limits on consumption. We were given a beautiful room with a Lake view balcony next to my little daughters room. The welcome was very warm, friendly and impactful. We will definitely return to spend other days in this structure

I would have preferred to have a refrigerator and an air conditioner in the room. Otherwise everything is fine

I am very disappointed with this property.

The view of the lake from the hotel was really nice.

Unfortunately our room was right near the main road which was very noisy and difficult to sleep. It was very hot and there was no air conditioning hence the windows needed to be open allowing more noise in the room. The room and hotel is very dated. Overall for the price we paid I do not rate this hotel as value for money.

Amazing views, definitely worth climbing up. Clean and comfortable rooms. Delicious food in the restaurant. Pool and bar available (although we didn't have time to use).

Location might be a bit of an issue if you don't have a car.However popular stop for cyclists.

We stayed there for 3 nights. Lovely couple looked after us and indulge us everytime we want something ☺️. So we had exceptional service by nicest hotel stuff we have ever met. View from hotel is spectacular. I will definately come back there..

I really don’t know where to start, Hostile owner/receptionist speaks terrible English which is not a problem in general but gets irritated when he can’t understand the difference between today and two day, gave us different size rooms from the ones we booked blaming booking.com for the issue, the whole place is lame and the rooms are terrible. We had construction on the next room on a Friday evening till 18:30, absolutely no WiFi and hot water and all this in an insanely high price. Steer away from this property if you have the chance

Little Gem in near Bellagio.

Good location, great views from terrace. Swimming pool and parking. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Wood fired pizza were the best. We even had after dinner pizza by Flavio. Flora was so helpful and kind and perfect hosts at this place. Would go again.

The main road can be noisy with motor bikes sometimes.

The owners where lovely people and the view was fantastic

Unfortunately the property is very run down and not looked after at all, dirty bathroom, could feel every single spring in the mattress, WiFi Didint work and the flat screen TV as advertised was a tv box from the 60s, plugs next to the bed to charge my phone didn’t work, the room was dirty in general and right outside our bedroom door was a bucket full of dirty water and a mop plus some blankets just on the floor outside. The place was empty we was the only guests there and I realised one of the rooms on the same floor the door was open so had a look inside and it’s being used a the cat litter, literally! There was cat litter boxes inside full of poop! Quite shocking! All in all this place was a big disappointment as the pictures on booking there is no room pictures as the views are beautiful it just doesn’t make up for the dirty rooms. Oh and a 8€ breakfast for a coffee, croissant and an old apple! So upsetting to see this beautiful place let go.

La vue et l’amabilité du personnel.

La décoration est pour ainsi dire dans son jus depuis 1970. Pas de Clim. Les serviettes de bain présentaient des taches plus que discutables. Un conseil : il faudrait refaire le bâtiment du sol au plafond.

Matrimonio a Bellagio

Eravamo un gruppo di amici italiani e spagnoli in zona per un matrimonio. Abbiamo scelto L'hotel Mirabeau per la sua posizione eccezionale e la vista mozzafiato sul lago e Bellagio. L'atmosfera è sospesa nel tempo e simboleggia quello che sta scomparendo della tradizione italiana. La frizzante Flora ed il suo Staff a gestione familiare, ci hanno coccolato e fatto sentire immediatamente a casa, accomodando qualsiasi richiesta ( siamo tornati tardi dal matrimonio verso le 21.30 e nonostante tutto ci hanno preparato la pizza ed ospitato sul terrazzo) . Il panorama è da cartolina e l'ospitalità eccezionale. Se non cercate lo sfarzo ma l'autenticità è altamente raccomandato!

La chambre, pas d armoire pour ranger nos vetements ,sanitaire pas top,douche eau froide,après une réclamation auprès du responsable il fallait laisser couler l'eau très longtemps .
