So clean brand new house

I přes uvedené nedostatky se nám v ubytováni libilo.

Lokalita, pohodlná postel, tichý a prostorný byt, pračka se sušičkou.

Chyběla nám při vaření vařečka a při jídle lžíce a na mytí nádobí jar. Jar jsme dokoupili, na snědení polévky využili čajové lžičky😆a těstoviny jsme míchali naběračkou.

Fairly ok place to stay for a night or two

The localization of the place is quite ok - 10-15min by foot from the city center. Room was clean, but the shower not necessarily scrubbed that well. It was fairly quiet in the room. Good communication with the host. Free parking in the area if you'll find a spot. Clear instructions for room/wifi/trash etc.

ZERO toiletries in the room - even the handsoap bottle was empty. It is hard to find parking spot. Room has almost none table tops - it's simply just hard to put your stuff anywhere. The night light are placed so high, that it's impossible to turn them off/on while already in bed.

It is a fair trade if you want to spend 2-3 nights to visit cinque terre, but cleaning could be better.

It is relatively close to the railway station (20min walk) and the apartament is renovated and pretty new.

Not very clean - one dirty towel - the host was nice and sent us another one next day; the blanket was not clean; the windows do not have mosquito netts so you can’t open the window in the evening.

A pleasant stay in La Spezia

Very good communication with the host Irene. The apartment was clean and of a good size, and it was in a convenient location, with the train station and the historic centre/port within walking distance (a good 20 to 35min walk). There was free street parking, although the area is very busy and we were lucky to find a spot when someone just pulled out in front of us. We had a lovely dinner at a nearby restaurant called Locanta De Nobili.
