Perfect. Such a lovely apartment

Everything - the area is lovely and quiet, and the apartment had everything we needed and it was so clean. Would definitely return. Even better than in the photos!

When travelling from the La Spezia Central train station to the apartment; the best way to get there is to get the no.3 bus very close to the apartment. While we stayed, it was very hot & the walk takes about 20 mins uphill so we used the bus! Tickets for the bus can be got in the shop at the train station for €1.50 pp, well worth it.

A nice apartment, overall

Updated facilities, very clean and tidy, good shower.

This is a nice apartment. It's a studio, but it's spacious and clean, about 25 minutes walk uphill from the railway station. The area can be noisy because of barking dogs. There's lots of excrement on the footpath. The shower is good, with ample hot water. There is no soap or shampoo, but that is made clear in the facilities description. It's a good base for exploring the Cinque Terre. The wifi details in the welcome folder are incorrect but the owner sent the new details to us. Perhaps it could be updated in the folder. Would only take one minute. We selected this apartment because it has an oven. Strange to find a notice saying the oven does not work, because it does! Maybe we misunderstood the sign. We also asked the owner for some coathangers...twice (in writing and then face to face). They never appeared. Nice wardrobe. Pity you can't hang anything in it. So overall, a few small things that were disappointing, but the modern facilities are a plus.

Everything is very good, you rarely see such living conditions

The apartment is exactly as described. Equipped with the amenities listed. Very clean. Completely separate accommodation, but the owner is always in touch and ready to help. Convenient location in terms of transport, 15-20 minutes walk to the train station, and from there very close to the embankment through the old town. By bus everything is much faster, but it is better to walk to feel the atmosphere of the city. The city itself is very clean and cozy. We were unlucky with a one-day bus strike and we were not able to get to Portovenere. I highly recommend this apartment.

Cozy and super clean

I loved it. It is nothing like a fancy stay but it's really cozy. The room was extremely clean, the mattress was comfy, the room is spacious, it has everything what you need including a washing machine. There is a very good pizza place close by.

It's about 25 minutes up of a hill from the city center by foot, and the public transportation closes at 8:30pm.

The location is great. Really nice view from the balcony. Shops ( penny, carrefour, pharmacy) and restaurants are really close. The apartment is big and has everything you need for a longer stay, fully equipped kitchen, large fridge, coffee, pan, etc

A beautiful apartment in a nice quiet location. It was really clean with very comfy beds, nice big shower and kitchen equipped with everything one needs. Kamil has exceeded all our expectations. Great Unit, Worth the Walk

Large, spacious unit with modern amenities. Close to food stores, bus stop, cafes.

A little walk from train station, slightly uphill,but manageable. We were carrying backpacks and the first time took about 20 minutes. Once you get your bearings can be done in 15 easy.

It was perfect. Very clean. Very close to the supermarket, pizzeria or other shops. I hope we will come back here. A good accommodation to visit Cinque Terre/Pisa and other surroundings.

The distance from the main train station is 20 minutes on foot. There is a bus very close, but we didn't use it. This was not a problem for us, but it is worth mentioning.

The place was very clean and sweet-smelling! There were everything that we could need in the kitchen and the bathroom. We loved to spent some time in the balcony. Also supermarkets were very close to the pleace, it was very comfortable. The host was very kind and available.

If the place were a bit closer to the train station, it would be perfect. (20 min by walk, but uphill)

Perfect location with an amazing balcony view

It was a perfect place to stay , I would highly recommend even for longer stays . You got everything you need whilst on holiday. The location is perfect easy 15-20 mins walk to train station. The host was amazing and very helpful with everything. Gorgeous view from the balcony too ! not to mention how amazing the value was for this all. Thank you for having us!

Appartamento molto carino, proprietari molto disponibili.

La posizione non è centralissima ma per arrivare in centro basta pochissimo tempo e la zona è tranquilla, la camera davvero carina, nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercato, panetteria e farmacia quindi la zona è ben fornita, molto vicina anche la fermata del bus.

Spatiu confortabil si curat, spatios, masina de spalat rufe, baie moderna. Cea mai delicioasa pizza se gaseste langa cladire.

Podeaua se auzea cand paseai pe ea, biserica foarte aproape care ne-a trezit zilnic la 8.00 din cauza clopotelor. Salteaua cred ca ar trebui schimbata. Era foarte moale, parea ca avea ceva ani. Te afundai cu totul in ea, greu sa te miști pe cealalta parte

Relativ aproape de Cinque terre

Cartierul in care se afla locatia. Este foarte multa mizerie pe jos. Salteaua de la pat este oribila, formeaza o groapa. Gazda este neprietenoasa, a incercat sa incaseze in plus 10 euro/ noapte pe un pat pliant. Lucrul acesta nu era specificat in descrierea pe booking. Cabina de dus este plina de mucegai.

Usor de ajuns la locatia, destul de aproape de centru si gara. Locatie placuta, utilata cu tot ce este nevoie, iar gazda super ok.

La bella casetta di Minù!

Tutto bene,il bagno pulito e nuovo,bene l'acqua calda"anche troppo calda",bene il riscaldamento,letto direi comodo. Tutto quello che mi serviva c'era,a parte una padella sola.Non c'era la lavastoviglie,ma essendo da solo non ne avevo bisogno.

Direi nulla di negativo a mio avviso solo il frigo un po' rumoroso per me che di notte mi dava un po' fastidio ma niente di esagerato.
