Would totally recommend this unit....I had 12/10 customer service from KC.....we were meant to come to Waikato Hospital earlier in the week but they didn't have a bed for my mum.. I had already booked one night in preparation.. BUT I spoke with KC about my dilemma. ...he could not be more helpful and caring about my situation....I did end up staying a few days later for the night...he took the stress out of a hard situation so I could concentrate on my mum and her pacemaker operation.....thank you KC from the bottom of my heart. Will definately be back if ever in Hamilton again.

It was clean, tidy and comfortable, had everything I needed.
It was located very close to the hospital which is what I needed.
Nothing I didn't like. Just a note though, if you have difficulty with stairs, ask for a ground level room. I drive a large SUV, if the Carpark area was full, it would have been very difficult to park it.
