Lovely stay for a family of 3

Really spacious and clean ground floor apartment with garden access - perfect size for two adults and a baby. Location was also great - easy drive to Hobbiton and walking distance to central Hamilton and the beautiful Hamilton Gardens. Jordan and Glenn were nice hosts - very responsive and what really makes the place special is how much care and thought they have put into the place (really nice coffee table books, hobbiton mugs, quality linens). Truly does feel like a home away from home.

Best apartment stay I have ever had!

We loved everything about our stay! The hosts went above and beyond. Our stay was over Christmas and they had thoughtful touches and additional care to ensure we felt we were right at home. The place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I have traveled lots and this by far was the best place I have stayed.

Glenn and Jordan are incredible hosts that made our stay in Hamilton so amazing

Very cozy stay that definitely made us feel at home. The place was well stocked and loved having a 2-in-1 laundry that worked very well. Hosts were the best part of the booking. They provided transportation to pick up our rental car, lent a spade to dig at the Kawhia hot water beach, and gave great recommendations around Hamilton.

This little home away from home was beautiful. We had everything we could need and more, the little things like gladwrap you don't think you'll need while travelling were very handy. The place was so clean and comfortable, definitely recommend staying here!

The location was perfect for getting to town, and the local cafes/restaurants were excellent. The facilities the property were amazing - so nice to have simple but delicious breakfast provisions and coffee/tea. Made everything so easy for our family.

Lovely stay.

Place was nicely done up. Cozy with modern amemities. It was clean and had an exceptionally generous supply of general supplies. PLace opened up to a beautiful garden. Parking was easy. Jordan was welcoming and helpful. Love the fact that there was Chester (dog) and Soma (cat )on sit as well. Short walk to the river as well. Thank you.

Beautifully appointed and well thought out space - excellent specification and provided everything we needed for our stay. Clear instructions to find and enter property. Had forgotten that breakfast supplies were included (bonus!) Very comfortable bed and great bedding. Hosts have thought of everything and this is great. Will definitely chose to stay here again.

Amazing 2 bedroom apartment with all you need.

The property was new, fresh, clean and tidy. Plenty of room and we loved the kitchen- everything we needed including many breakfast, tea, coffee and other drink options. There was a variety of bread for toast with spreads, and an impressive range of spices, flavourings, oil, sauces and dressings. Access was easy, there was secure off street parking and communications from the hosts were great. The attention to detail was amazing.

We felt at home and would like to return.

As well as being close to the centre, Hamilton Gardens and University, it was so quiet. Some lovely touches with decor and furnishings. There was a generous amount of food provided. The kitchenware was chef quality. Glenn came to greet us and gave us restaurant/sightseeing recommendations and Soma the cat gave us a friendly walk past from the lovely garden.

As the name suggests this really was Home away from Home. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, it was equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen was well stocked with basic food along with spices etc should you wish to cook. There was also just about any flavour of tea or coffee. The location was perfect, 10 - 15 minute walk to restaurants and shops. There was absolutely nothing not to like about this property, good value for money, we would definitely recommend it and would surely stay again.

A cosy and comfortable staying with everything you need

Very comfortable and cosy. Attention to detail regarding styling and having all the facilities you needed. Hosts were very accomodating with recommendations to check out in Hamilton.

There was some noise from neighbours doing renovations, however, this was out of their control. The hosts spoke to the workers to quiet the noise down which was very considerate.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and incredibly well stocked with amazing pantry food and continental breakfast food. The host was super friendly and welcoming, nothing was a problem for him. We will not hesitate to return.

Great space lots of extra touches, friendly host. Little dog and cat run around back yard area - great if your an animal lover.

Unfortunately pool was advertised under facilities which is why we booked this property - through tool on booking.com "pool" search but was unavailable on arrival, this was communicated by the host on arrival and to be fair the did offer the pool if they were home but it felt awkward to ask. The pool used to be available to guests in years past. Just a heads up for future guests.

Excellent Accommodation and Hosts

Our group was really impressed with the accommodation provided by the hosts of this property. The two bedroom unit is very modern, clean and tidy. Facilities provided, such as the kitchen, bathroom, living area etc. were lovely and having access to a washer/dryer in the unit was also a great bonus. The hosts also provided some basic food/tea/coffee options for us to get our time there started and we were overwhelmed with what was provided... very generous.

Fabulous stay

One level was important to us. The bedding was high quality and beds very comfortable. We have stayed at many accommodations through the years and this was the top as far as pantry supplies goes. Second to none. Our grandson loved seeing g the Oreos! He also loved the box of games. We would stay again

We could not have asked for a better stay!

My mum and I stay here for two nights and we couldn’t recommend it more. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The location was really convenient. Jordan was a welcoming host who gave us some lovely local recommendations and the off street parking was a win! It was the perfect place to unwind.

We loved everything. Nice and relaxing. The owner was very friendly. They did have some construction work going on but that didn’t affect our stay at all. Lovely garden out the back to sit in. Would highly reccommend.

We travel a lot and this was the cleanest property we’ve stayed in. Immaculate. Beds were small - double size I think, but incredibly comfortable. Host was pleasant and if you’re missing your pets there is a lovely cat that will come and say good morning and a cute little pug that will happily play fetch with you in the gorgeous garden. Great little find!

Warm, well stocked and really lovely hosts

Amazing little setup! Loved the small touches and thoughtful things left for guests to enjoy and use. We arrived and the heat pump was on so it was warm and there was music playing and lollies in a dish which I had to stop the kids taking them all 🤣 really lovely place

Was pretty good, would have liked a bigger milk as my daughter used the whole thing on her cereal the first morning sinus other two went without until I could go buy some but was a lovely place.

This property has a beautiful feel with lovely, considerate owners upstairs. We were provided with everything we needed for a few nights stay including herbs and spices, condiments, cereals and a variety of tea/coffee options. The yard Is pretty and the space private. Chester the pup is also a cute attraction. We loved our stay here.
