The unit was clean modern and spacious. It was in a handy location to the Waikato hospital which was just a short walk away through the park and up the hill and the local corner shops were only a short stroll away also. No road noise was noticed but you did hear the helicopter going over to the hospitals a couple of times during the day.
The intercom and range hood wouldn’t work. The dishwasher leaked water over the floor. The noise from the adjoining neighbours was noticeable at times but not too intrusive.
