Relaxing outlook.

The location is really good, close to city center, the garden, Hamilton east shops. It just felt really relaxing. The water pressure was amazing so the shower was great. I would really recommend it for anyone who needs to be near the University or the city center, the river walk is really nice. The cafe across the road is really good.

Relaxing, great location used the bus as well as walked along the river to explore the area.

Value for money property in a great location

Location was great right across from the river walk to town and Hamilton Gardens. Bed was comfortable, facilities were as expected. Great value for money.

Apart from the cafe over the road there were no shops (food stores) etc closer than a 15 minute walk away. Can't blame the property for that though.

Orange home delight

For our 2 night stay, it had all we needed. The weather was cold but the house was warm and comfortable. Beds cuddly warm. Nice morning sun in the bathroom. Well stocked and loved the thoughtful treats. Thank you. Location instructions - good, loved the stand-out colour. Excellent compendium - was very useful. Cafe across the road looked inviting but didn't manage to get there. Home away from home for future trips - TICK.

Would have liked a firmer pillow for one of us. Struggling to find anything we didn't like.

Property is well located & clean. Heat pump,iron etc worked fine.

Please install a lock on the bathroom/toilet door.

cute little cottage , nice area close to eateries ,warm and clean

location was great. very clean and tidy

second bed was noisy and probably could do with replacing . there was no instant coffee which would have been easier . the shower had rather poor pressure and was hard to find the heat spot .we found the lock box to be placed to high and hard to open in the dark when we arrived

Like staying at a friend's place

It felt like staying at a friend's place, with things in the pantry that you'd usually need for making a basic meal, lovely tasteful decor, beautiful bedding, etc. A well loved property with attention to detail. I also enjoyed cooking on the gas stove.

Cute cottage in a great location

The cottage is in a great location next to the Waikato River. It was lovely to walk along the river paths to restaurants and bars at East Hamilton and also into the CBD.
