Great location, very close to town. Good facilities available including fully functional kitchen and washing machine. Easy access parking and a comfortable lounge room to kick back in. Host was friendly and answered all questions.
Bed in main bedroom is a bit creaky.

Great location. Refreshing to be able to open windows to look at trees and hear birds. Warm, sun filled rooms. Shower was very low pressure and frustrating because of that, which is the only disappointment.

It was very cozy as advertised, beds were really comfortable, nice big towels, good hair dryer.
Place needed lots of maintenance and a new bathroom. Locks and plumbing poor. Not especially clean.
