The shower is hard to find the right temp, maybe needs the cold water pressure reduced to equalise with low pressure hot water cylinder?

Great location and a good sized home with a great back yard. Had what we needed. Was freezing in Hamilton when we stayed but heating provided did the trick. Was handy having a washing machine a d clothesline. Very comfy bed.

Great location, very close to town. Good facilities available including fully functional kitchen and washing machine. Easy access parking and a comfortable lounge room to kick back in. Host was friendly and answered all questions.
Bed in main bedroom is a bit creaky.

5min drive to CBD Hamilton. Pricing within budget. Quiet neighbourhood. Can rest peacefully.
Bed too soft causing back ache. Bed frame is weak, produce squeaking sound if you're above 80kg body weight. Killed a cockroach on my 1st day. Didn't see any after that. Some black ants on coffee table. I need to wipe down every tables before use. Didn't see any after that.
