Outstanding property on outskirts of Hamilton.

Fabulous 2 bed, 2 bathroom spacious house. Lots of cupboard space, great shower, super comfy bed. Everything was brand new and high spec. Loved all the little touches where cupboards were labelled to let you know what was in them. Stairlights for nighttime. Extension cable with USB by the bed. Absolutely top class. This place had everything. One of the best I've stayed in.

A great location and well appointed, tidy apartment suitable for two couples.

Great for couples, two seperate bedrooms each with its own en-suite.

Some confusions about recycling bins. The instructions state collection on Sunday when in fact it is Monday. I had no problem with the requirement to roll out the recycle bins, but the expectation to put out other guests bottles is lying around the full bottle bin was not appreciated. Perhaps the cleaning staff could control this overflow.

We like having a bathroom for each couple, It was lovely and clean, The contact person was very helpful and answered our calls promptly.

This is something very miner. The instructions for the oven were under the oven mitts on door so didn't see them, would be handy for them also to be in the information folder.

Nice stay

It was abit of a tight squeeze but it was as if there was no neighbours. Nice & quiet place. Also super happy we could park our car in the garage. All the facilities were great, there was even eggs and milk in the fridge.

I wish there was a bathroom downstairs but no biggie. It was a 10/10 stay

The property was beautiful and clean! It had everything needed to make it a home away from home! We had a very comfortable stay. The check in and out process is super simple and self managed by smart locks on the door and key codes. The property has a full kitchen which the host has stocked with essentials. The property has some subtle and some not so subtle references to elements of hobbiton and the lord of the rings universe which gave it a very special touch. The property was cosy however spacious enough to accommodate up to four people comfortably with two bedrooms each with its own bathroom and shower. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a lovely note on the table from the host and a little pack of m&ms to welcome us both which was a lovely little touch. I would definitely stay here again it was a very enjoyable experience.

At the time we stayed it was very warm and the bins appeared not to have been put out and emptied for collection. Due to this the property was inundated with small little flies which although not particularly harmful were at times quite annoying and bothersome. Whilst cooking there were a few essentials that I found missing from the kitchen which although didn’t make any difference to the quality of our stay, I found this to make cooking just that little bit harder. There was no measuring jug available and no cup measurement instruments (table and teaspoon however were available). Although instructions were provided on how to use the oven it proved to be a little difficult to figure out at first as the time must be set on the oven to ensure it turns on and works correctly. There was air conditioning in the downstairs areas of the house however upstairs, even through fans had been provided and instructions on how to keep the room cool, it was like sleeping in a furnace. I imagine in the height of summer it to be extremely hot and difficult to sleep.

Very well maintained property with a modern home setting. Spacious rooms,nice and clean bathrooms with shower trays and heated towel racks.This two bedroom townhouse with a single garage provided all the necessary furnishings for our comfortable living. Very quiet place conveniently located near to Hamilton town centre (less than 5 km drive). Plenty of asian, Indian style eateries in about 5 to 8 mins drive

Bedrooms didn’t have air-cons but was provided with pedestal fans. Since the weather was very pleasant throughout our stay we really didn’t need it however, in summer this is a must.there were some small insects from the indoor plants around the living area which made us a bit uncomfortable. Moving your car from the driveway into the garage is a bit difficult due to a limited driveway space and if it were to be a big car it could have been really challenging.

Great self contained unit if you are staying for a while in Hamilton

Good access to Hamilton, unit was very clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Felt safe in the area. Good having a lock up garage although a tight fit .

If you have heavy or a lot of luggage the stairs are a challenge . Having a toilet Downstairs would have been nice.

Struggled getting on to wifi and our devices noted quite weak security with wifi when we did get on. Whoever is cleaning needs to check shower drains a bit more regularly and vacuum under beds and sofas etc

A well-equipped, clean and welcoming stay in a great location — just hoping for comfier beds next time!

The place was lovely with great amenities — we really appreciated being able to cook all our meals, and the dishwasher was a treat! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-equipped. Location was great, and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. The garage was a tight fit, but it was awesome having secure, off-street parking connected to the house. Owners were amazing — we loved the cute welcome note and treats! Communication was swift and helpful throughout.

Only downside was the uncomfortable beds, which made for a poor night's sleep. I’ve seen similar feedback, so hopefully a mattress topper might be considered in the future. I'd definitely love to stay here again on future trips to Hamilton!

Exceptional accomodation in a great location at a great price.

The property was very easy to find and access. Very handy to many places but especially to the Hamilton Gardens which is a must visit. There was an internal Garage with an automatic door opener so this made parking exceptionally easy. The communication from the owner prior to our arrival was excellent and instructions in regards to finding the property and entering the property were excellent. There were little thoughtful extras - cold water jug filled in the fridge, eggs and ice cubes in the freezer, a little welcome note etc. The entire townhouse was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The washing and dryer were also very useful to have and the washing powder was also provided which saved me a trip to the shops. We loved our stay here.

Best Apartment in Hamilton East

The house is beautiful and clean. Both rooms are spacious with their own ensuite bathrooms. Issac and Annie were very welcoming and made sure we had plenty of supplies. It is so much better than a hotel. We really love the apartment. Definitely our first choice when we visit Hamilton again.

It was adequate for our one night stay.

Communication from the host and the property instructions in the apartment.

There was tea and coffee but no milk to put in them. Even small UHT pots would be helpful. There were no face wash cloths in the bathroom. There was liquid body wash in the shower but nothing to apply it with. Stairs up to the bedrooms wad a mission with heavy travelling suitcases. The driveway was very narrow and we were unable to get our average sized sedan into the very narrow garage.

Fabulous location and property. We would love to return.

Loved being able to park our car in the garage. The area was very quiet. The bedrooms were a good size and each had their own bathroom. The bathrooms were roomy and showers great. We had all the amenities that we needed. The location on the south side of Hamilton was ideal for our other activities. All communications were great and all information very helpful.

There was no dish cloth to wipe the kitchen bench.

Lovely unit convenient to the Uni.

Lovely unit. Great to have a kitchen and also a garage for my car. I was able to walk to my conference. Unit was very clean and I enjoyed staying there.

Only issue I had was I couldn't get the air conditioning to work but it was better to open the balcony door anyway.

A nicely decorated and spacious apartment at an affordable price.

When I first stepped into this double-storey apartment, I was really surprised: it was so nicely decorated and spacious. I really didn’t expect to get such a nice apartment at this price. On the ground floor is a well-equipped kitchen, and the sitting room, with a balcony outside. By the side of the sitting room is the garage where we parked our car. Upstairs on either side is a bedroom with a bathroom. Everything is so clean and tidy. The host is very nice, too, responding to our requests promptly. The location is very quiet and close to the city centre. I really wish I can stay there for a few more nights!

le garage est très bien pour une petite voiture mais pour les SUV c’est plus difficile à manœuvrer
