It’s ideal for teams working in the region or leisure visitors who want to be close to popular venues, Hamilton’s café and bar culture, the river attractions, and shops
A spacious full home with two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs, and two bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom downstairs. Every bedroom is lockable with quality linen and lots of wardrobe space.
Also, on the first-floor, open plan living includes a lounge with smart TV, Wifi, heat pump, 6 seating dining setting, breakfast bar with stools and a modern fully equipped kitchen. This flows onto a deck with BBQ and bush views. The laundry is situated in an internal access double garage on the ground floor which opens onto a rear courtyard.
