Piss poor

Booked and paid. Confirmation only gave the host phone number to call to access. Waited outside property, no answer to multiple calls and messages. No access to the property so ended up having to book elsewhere. Very upset kids and stressed husband. Despite multiple attempts at communication no refund.

Was good for what were wanted, One night stay.

Beds were a bit hard. But unit was clean and tidy. Tea and coffee supplies were good

The heating didn’t work so it was freezing. Having some usual condiments like milk, coffee etc would have been welcoming

Sugar in the jar was dirty from the last guests and needed a bit of a clean in the kitchen draws But nothing that hindered our stay

Basic, clean, friendly service.

Good location for university and airport. Bed was comfortable.

Towels very thin and towel rail not heated. Lounge chairs not very comfortable.

Clean and good location

We stayed overnight to attend my husbands university graduation - great location! close to shops and an easy drive to Waikato uni. Owner met us on arrival, seamless check in and offered snacks for our kids. Property was nice and clean, very comfortable and had everything we need.

Quite a busy road due to the proximity to the Expressway, didn't spend as much time there as anticipated

Great location for anything at the Claudelands Event Centre

Easy communication on key collection and paying deposit.

Still awaiting my deposit to be returned, so would prefer that the deposit be managed through Booking.com rather than cash with no receipt as I haven't had communication on when this will be returned
