Downstairs has a spacious and light filled open plan kitchen, dining and living area opening up onto a sunny, private patio.
Upstairs there are two very spacious and sunny bedrooms with King beds. Both rooms have plenty of wardrobe and draw space.

A beautiful home in an ideal location, and the perfect place to stay for a visit to Hobbiton. We found communication with our host to be speedy and friendly, and the house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. There is also a lovely little food hall and great coffee only a short walk away. I would definitely recommend this property.

Me and my family had a great stay at the property! The house was lovely and cosy, and looked just like what was listed. The house was clean, looked new and was located in a good place . Would stay at this property again.
