Amazing property off the side of the Uni and only a quick Uber away from Town centre.

The house was very spacious, nearly every room had its own ensuite, and got really good sun in the morning.

There was a musty smell in the kitchen near the kitchen sinks, but didn't really affect our stay as we barely used the kitchen.

The house was beautiful & suited our family. The downstairs bedroom & ensuite a bonus as it was super handy & helped avoid the stairs. Making it easier & more comfortable for my husband.

Clean, tidy, modern house in easy location

Very clean and spacious facilities. Easy Location. Easy instructions to get in to property. Great communication. Modern and well set out house great if you have 4 couples or lots of children with you.

Pillows weren't great but beds were comfy and rubbish bin was full to the top so doing all the recycling rules was a bit hard. These were minor things and didnt have any negative affects on our stay.

It was good for two nights. But there is room for improvement.

Spacious house in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Pictures match the property and check-in/out (dial pad) was easy. Price asked was at the edge of acceptable when looking at the negatives.

Surroundings: a construction site (Jan 2025) near the house. Garden was not really usable, and a lot of cat/dog(?) poos. Kitchen not overly clean, equipment basic. Couch had a strange smell (pipi) and the walls were quite scratches so we didn’t know how this is recorded (no penalty payments though).

The house is in a central location and was perfect for our family get together. 3 bathrooms is fantastic with a lovely big kitchen and garage.

Nothing really an outside washing line would be useful but we improvised.

Good location with nice, clean, warm home, comfortable beds and sofas and very reliable wireless.

Location was good and relatively easy accessible to the places we needed to be. The house was warm and nicely laid out with plenty of bathrooms and we liked the room on the bottom for the 2 aunties who could not walk up the stairs. Having good wireless was great. The house was very clean :-)

No clear directions on where the keys to the house were. The code given was for the house alarm. We accessed the house via the back door that was left open. No-one came to meet us or picked up the phone when we rang to get clearer idea of where the house keys were so we couldn't lock up the house when we went out. The walls of the rooms are very thin, can hear what is being said in the next room. We needed to have a broom and small broom set to sweep floor though a vacuum would have been better. And the bed downstairs and one of the rooms upstairs need to have 2 king single beds in each of them. We had to have children sleep together who usually have their own beds and two adults (aunties) sleep together who would have preferred their own bed.

Perfect spot for work colleagues to stay while attending a conference at the university

Email with directions was clear and easy to follow. House was close to University and big enough that we felt we could have our own space.

Bit of a funny smell in the main bathroom. Not sure if it was drains or coming from outside. Nothing too major.

Beautiful new house

The house is new and is on a quiet street. The TV has Netflix. All the bedrooms have queen beds and two of them onsuite. We were there to watch a musical in CBD and the house is just a few mins drive to the Hamilton Gardens and CBD,.

You have a lovely home and it made you feel like it was yours, so warm inviting and so many comforts. Great that it was away from the roads and very nice and quite.

There was nothing we didn't like, if it had a spa pool it would of topped it right off.
