The location was good and so was the price

The shower pressure, dirty bathroom, the grounds were overgrown and very untidy. The noise from guests upstairs walking around and up the stairs led to sleepless nights, also the neighbours yelling and screaming and fighting most nights.

Not much to say here at all

This property seems like emergency accommodation and very insecure. The fact I slept in my Ute because we were worried about things being stollen. Hearing everyone else in their appartments and having them try and enter our room at all hours of the night that frightened our young boy. The random slice/knife hole in the sink, poor and dirty showers and the very uncomfortable beds.

This may have been just because it was a Saturday night, but the noise coming from the neighbouring property (privately own units) was really bad and resulted in a poor night's sleep. They were playing loud music until at least 2am, and the soundproofing in the Ulster apartments just isn't enough to minimise that. Also, not having a couch or somewhere to sit that wasn't a bed was disappointing. Please can more kitchen supplies be added as well - scissors and a can-opener would be great. Other guests need to be aware that while this accommodation is clean and the hosts are lovely, it is VERY basic.

Place was very clean.

Room above partied from 10pm til 5am and then chose to begin arguing with each other til 6am. Rang reception and noise control. Nobody did anything. Worst night ever.

The two bedrooms were good but there was a lack of coat hangers and hanging space.

Limited comfortable seating. Two sofa beds instead of two single beds in the lounge room would be better. Access to the main road was awkward due to the bushes at the front of the property creating a blind spot. Even if there were pedestrians passing.

The accomodation was booked for few guests of us and the photos in the webiste as well as the real property looked very different. It looked quite old as well as not at all clean. The guests didnt like the property at all as it was not all upto the standards and immediately left the property on seeing. We didnt live in there , just left immediately out on seeing the bad condition

-The private Balcony -Close to food outlets supermarket etc -Nice and quiet -Kitchen area was nice had everything we needed utensils cups plates etc -Good supply of coffee tea -Plenty of dish liquid hand soap etc -Toilet and shower was clean but could do with an update.

-Shower high step up -low shower pressure -Bath and shower area could do with updating -Fridge being in lounge and dining area -Front door was a lil hard to close -TV in master bedroom no remote and connected to the lounge tv but could not watch them at seperate times and different Channels.

Overall not bad for the price

Not bad for the price. The kitchen looks like newly renovated, has a heat pump in the living room, but the carpet is bit old, has little smell as its age. 4 beds can accommodate the whole family which is good. The room is on the first floor is hard to carry stuff with the stairs.

You do need to check in and get the key from another address, they manage few motels. And they take a $200 deposit and your photo ID when check in, which is annoying because you need to wait to get them to refund at check out when they are lots of guests check out at the same time. I guess you either take a deposit or ID as security but Not both, haven't had this type of check in at other hotels.

Very budget accommodation which needs attention - wouldn't recommend

There were 2 TV's and more then enough beds for the amount of people. However minimal TV channels. I did not want to stay at the address. I returned to the reception (at a different address) to see if they had any rooms at that complex (I would have paid the difference). Unfortunately they were booked out but I was given option for another room at unit which we did look at. However all were the same so we stayed in same and left at 5am. I was concerned about losing the bond given the state of things in the property however was encouraged to take pics etc. I've since had bond refunded.

The property was not what I expected, it felt like it needed to be cleaned (some tag things stuck against walls). We booked a 2bdr apartment. It seemed what would be a lounge had no couch, but 2 extra beds, dining table, fridge freezer and tv in it. The dining chairs were stained/dirty. Dents in sink, bedroom door, fridge. The face cloths were stained as was the vanity sink and sink bench. Towels very worn and tatty. There was no soap or body wash, only hand wash liquid. The shower pressure was very low, difficult to shower properly with no soap and poor pressure. No couch but the extra beds to sit on. Property itself seemed bit dark and unsure if used for emergency housing as well, but it seemed as if some people lived upstairs. Property check in approx. 50m from address. Was overpriced for what it is. Overall, I did not feel very safe there and would not stay again.

Location was convenient for our purpose Space was comfortable, great having a kitchenette and it was clean

Having to call or ask for more amenities and towels knowing that there were 4 people staying. Had to to ask a few times about towels and replenishing amenities. Also cleaners left the rubbish just outside the door and we had to ask for floor to be vacuumed, mins you it was a 3 night stay a full service is a must.
