Awesome stay

Love how they provided a decent coffee machine! And plenty of pods. Also stocked toilet paper for the right amount of people for the duration of stay, so many other places miss this small but important detail ha ha. Place was clean and great location, walking distance to the pools which helped as we were there for a water polo tournament so being able to walk back between games was perfect.

Excellent Property with a couple of small issues

Unit is large, modern, well lit with large windows, and exceptionally well equipped. It is fully fenced with lawn, patio, and outdoor furniture. The garage, with internal access, is a bonus. The beds are comfortable with plentiful bedding.

Keeping the location secret until an hour or so before you arrive assumes you have internet access on your journey and prevents you leaving directions for family or friends joining you. We had an infestation of ants in the ensuite and main bedroom when we arrived. There is no one on site to contact. We had a considerable delay in being able to contact anyone when we were unable to access the internet or use the TV using the instructions given in the unit. When we did get a response, it merely told us the previous visitor must have reset the modem, not how to fix the problem. Fortunately, one of our group was IT savvy, and finally sorted it out. This could be checked by cleaners when they are in before new people arrive. Similarly, the glass recycle bin was full and spilling over onto the grass when we arrived. On contacting the owners, we were told it would not be emptied until the end of the week, and we were asked to take it out to the roadside.. When we came to do it, we found it was full of other rubbish as well as glass and we had to empty and sort it. Again, this needs to be checked and fixed by cleaners not paying visitors.

The fact it is run by a property management company and not the properties owner was felt, and not in a good way.

It was reasonably clean, and had three bedrooms that we need. We could cook, but the job was bordering on dangerous to use due to the poor design so we only ended up cooking one night.

The lack of a dryer made our whole stay look like a Chinese laundry as we tried to dry our washed clothes. It rained on and off while we were there so the outside clothesline was of no use. There is space for one and it would only be a minimal outlay. A huge let down.

Good place to stay

2 bathrooms was good and full kitchen

No dining table, tv continued to say error even though we logged into google. The information book needs to be updated has wrong wifi code. Coffee pods are the wrong one for the machine so couldn t use. No bath mat in ensuite. Complicated log in process, if you’re going to have endless rules please provide coasters for coffee table.

Semi-detached house in a great spot, less than 10 minutes from the city. Clean and modern with comfy beds, easy check-in, prompt communication, and a handy app with clear instructions. We loved the coffee machine — overall a very comfortable stay for 5 adults.

High-quality KOSH BNB

Loved the villa it was amazing, the neighbors were lovely and friendly, the area was nice, the two bathrooms were a bonus and very convenient, beautiful kitchen, outdoor area was lovely to sit out in the sun, very close to shops, park just around the corner. Perfect for families, great size rooms, very comfy beds. There was a fun arcade machine for everyone to enjoy 😊

Comfy accommodation for our short stay in Hamilton

The property was clean and tidy and perfect for our one night stay in Hamilton. The kitchen was really well set up and all the furniture was comfortable. Being down a back section it was also nice and quiet.

The driveway was quite tight, especially with the neighbours vehicle right on the edge of their carpark but nothing we couldn't deal with.

The unit was stunning to say the least. very well equipped, beautifully furnished not to mention the cleanliness. It was such a pleasure staying there. the communication was outstanding, we knew exactly where to go, when and where to get keys and what to do when we leave. thank you so very much.

Bigger than I thought it would be! Was great for me, my husband, our son, my sister in law and her twins, and my mum. The hosts are super friendly and really good with communication. We took their portacot by mistake and they were really lovely and understanding. We paid for another one and they went out and got it, which would have been a hassle but they were awesome about the whole situation. The house was so clean and equipped with enough to make our stay comfortable. The weather wasn't super great when we visited but the accommodation was nice to chill out at. The location was very handy too. Not far from the zoo, cbd, the base - basically a pretty quick drive to anywhere in Hams. Definitely recommend booking this place.

I think we probably could have done with some more coffee pods 😅
