Nice new house in Te Rapa

We.loved how new the house was, and the aircon was very welcoming as the days we stayed were very hot.

We found the driveway a bit more steeper than the picture shows, but that was all.

Well located home in te hirapa

The property was very good, well presented, clean and comfortable. Close to shops, quality appliances, plenty of crockery and cutlery.

We were unable to adjust the shower heads so ended up using it as hand held. We couldn't find any dishcloths which made cleaning up a bit awkward. A wooden board would be handy for putting hot pans on. Fairly small things that make a big difference. Very steep driveway.

Location was great furnishings comfortable but the level of cleanliness was lacking.

The location was perfect, for our family reunion

There was no top sheet on any beds, no additional blankets. There was no dishcloth for cleaning benches. The showers were tiny corner units and were difficult to shower in comfortably. The range hood filters were full of grease and the microwave and conventional oven had not been cleaned

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, everything about the house was amazing.

It was very local to everything, easy to find and very nice, the house was very clean and all the rooms were decent sizes. It was very well priced too, we all fit very comfortably.

The only downsides were there wasn’t extra bedding or towels, the driveway is veryyy step so we had to park on the road and the code into the house got changed last minute and nobody informed us of the new code meaning my grandparents were locked outside for sometime.
